Looking for reliable contractor for minor repair work

Looking for reliable contractor to perform the following minor repair/renovation works:

1) Painting (small 2 bedroom apartment with little walls, due to built in furniture)

2) Fix leakage from WC 

3) Sand 2 bedrooms timber/parquet floor and touch up 

4) Clean the built-in carpentry (remove yellow stains)

Not too sure of the rest but if your wood is laminated, if it turns yellow, can just dab it with warm water and light soap, that is just sometimes dirt more than anything else

For the wc leaking I got man for recommended u

u can just call 97735858 Mr Tan to do a service for u. It is very good man I trust.

have 20-30years experience.

my home all taps and wc also ask him to repair.
