Living Room Tiles pop-out

Hi,

Yesterday morning suddenly around 15-20 tiles in my 4 RM HDB Living Room pop-out. There was lots of cracking noise and we thought its an earthquake.Called HDB hotline and they informed that Officer will get back to us within 3 working days.

Our is a 12 years old HDB in Punggol and presently we covered the area with a mat so that infant is not hurt accidentally.

Any one else faced the same problem?

What is the HDB standard procedure in such scenario ?

DO we have to do the re tiling by our own or it comes under HDB warranty?

Any advise in this matter is highly appreciated.

I don't think after 12 years, there is still HDB warranty in it. I might be wrong though...
