Casement Windows Handles

Some of my house casement windows handles, is either missing or dropping off.

Any idea where I can find replacement for the handles? My contractor says those selling in Home-fix is not suitable for HDB casement windows.

If I don't replace it, I will have difficulty in opening and closing the windows very soon.

depends, i bought mine from homefix and no problem leh, check with patrick.
