Construction time for bungalow

hi there...

 

can i check to build a 8000 sq feet 2.5 storey house.... how long will it take including carpentry etc ... basically move in condition?

land space about 6500 sq feet....

 

i am talking about  normal condition, not in covid times

My guess would be close to 2 years. If your interior design is very intricate, may stretch longer

Typical duration for that type of house and GFA in non-covid times we are looking at 16-18 months on average. This is talking about construction time only.

If you factor in the design/submission stages etc, probably looking at closer to 2.5 years.
