if the resale flat i'm getting is say 6yrs ago renovated.. but owner seldom at home..

so the aircon look pretty underused..

based on this, shld i change a new set for the aircon or just get the aircon compnay to service will do..

or they can help survey see if aircon will still last long..

can do trade in of aircon?

think you should narrow it down to 3 choices.

1) if you believe in fengshui - an old aircon is a nono.

2) old aircon consumes more electricity - buy new one if you dont mind spending.

3) budget contraint - use it lor.
