    thanks for the suggestion. yes the service balcony is enclosed. for the bathroom, i intend to re-tile so not sure if too costly to hack that part. for dining, i think the existing space is a good area. the living area looks too far from kitchen.. good point, will consider hacking the kitchen/dining wall.. and perhaps a glass sliding door to contain the kitchen fumes

    hello.. need some advice on space planning for my resale place. below is the attached floor plan Some thoughts: 1. whether to knock down the store room, and relocate the storage space to make use of the space on the left of the main door. perhaps create a full wall sliding storage area. 2. or move the storage room to the area right outside the common bathroom. and relocate the bath room door to enter from the yard. with this, need to know out the half wall for the kitchen to yard. 3. have a sliding door to "hide" the way to the MBR and bedroom2. any way to better use the space between the MBR n BR2 door? thanks for your views..

    need some advice here.. my 1st appt is due end Nov, thus i believe the 2nd appt is ~4-6weeks after.. my seller is asking if they can stay a few weeks, probe 2-3 weeks after handing over of keys (2nd appt). since this arrangement is not correct, i would like to know if it is legal to let them stay since i'm officially the new owner... if they have reasons like haven't found a gd place, would it make sense to just push back the 2nd appt date? thanks for advice...
