I have engaged Designer House's Ronald for my new condo unit.

I've known Ronald since we were in our Secondary school. He's the kind of person which is persistence of what he wants and he will get it done.

He listen to my opinion on take it positively and redesign base on my need. Like most renovation, there are always some changes here & there but he always gave me an impression - No Problem with a smile !

My overall impression of Ronald was very good and strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for a real profession who has passion in his works. I always believe that if a person has passion in his work, he will will excel.

By the way, this is my second house. My 1st house was also done by him and sold at the highest transaction price in my area at the time (2 months ago). Most people may think they don't want to put too much monies in their renovation but when come to selling, it make a different when you have competitions. You command higher and easier to sell. This could be possible if you also maintain it well and have a good location.

Ronald from Designer House is a down to earth, competent and resourceful renovation contractor. He did an excellent job for my house and I would say that he charges reasonable prices. I am particularly impressed by his eyes for details. Unlike some other contractors, Ronald provided a thorough cost breakdown of all items. There were no surprises from the beginning till the end of the project. Ronald is also a man of his words. He delivered on the project quality, cost and schedule. He is someone I grew to trust as the project progressed. By the end of the project, we have become friends. I am delighted to have got to know a good friend through this renovation work. I sincerely hope more people will support ethical and professional contractors like Ronald.

Engaged Ronald to do up our new house. He is a straightforward person who is willing and patient to listen to our ideas plus giving us plenty of practical suggestions to complete the vague picture that we had in mind. In short, he is a very experienced and confident guy who knows his stuff.

I believe that all Renovation work bound to have hiccups along the way. One thing that I'm really impressed is his ability to give us the best solution when hiccups arises during our renovation.

Overall, the finishes are beyond satisfactory and our Famliy and friends who have seen our house are really impressed. One of my Friend asked for his contact and he was very satisfied with his work as well.

We are really Glad that we chose him out of so many IDs that we have shortlisted. Very highly recommended.

I have been living in this current place for about 20 years, the place was too clustered, it is poorly designed and oversized cabinets began to fall apart.

I had the whole place re-designed and built by Designer house. My requirement is very simple, I want my unit to be brightly lit with natural light, spacious, and roomy place with fixtures that are practical. As it turned out, I love the simplicity, practical, and spacious feeling.

The kitchen now looks like a kitchen and not some roadside hawker makeshift kitchen of yesteryear. We only do major cooking during festive seasons like Chinese New Year, and washing up is a breeze with well-designed washing basins and floor water drainage that is hidden out of sight. We just highlighted our wishes and the design was made to meet our needs and budget. Most importantly, be open to the designer and freely express your thoughts. The designer will advise us if those thoughts are not practical or not within the budget. We build that rapport from the beginning.

Oh... lastly, the toilets look ridiculously spacious too!!!

My family and I were impressed with the guys from Designer House. From the very start, Ronald, the designer and foreman, replied our esquires by email within 24 hours of meeting with us (and followed up with a hard copy during the nxt meetup!). He is very professional and prompt in getting things fixed.
We were making changes during the course of work which made the works challenging for Ronald. However, he did not fret, yet give us valuable advises on making our place where we called HOME.
I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future, we are very pleased with the work.

We hired Designer House for our renovation work and he had been very helpful in identifying our requirements, setting up 3D drawings and sourcing all the required contractors and materials with minimum fuss. Workmanship was of the highest quality. Through out the work, Ronald remained very professional, sincere and prompt. When we were confused about certain choices, he always helped us make the right choice, exhibiting his experience and knowledge in the field. We are very thankful to him for the service he provided and we are a very happy customer. He is very flexible, hardworking, patient and above all, greets his customers with a great smile.

(ps: because I do personally know some inexperienced friends who joined this line)

Secondly, I would say I am fairly detailed, nitty gritty, and am on a shoe string budget, so while somewhere else may seem to offer a lower price, they may not seem to know what I want. (And I needed to know all that in the first meetup)

For a low budget place, basically we have went thru the colours, kitchen island dimensions, type of hinge used, drawer dimensions etc



I cant give it a 5 stars coz, I have no basis for comparison ( as I do not have any other experiences with other contractors.)

Still from reviews from people around me, I know that its a fairly good job done, and I would highly recommend this company to my friends :)
