Comparing your quote with my quote, your item 5-7 seems much expensive then what i was quoted for. i was quote about 110 for item 5, 90 for relocation of CAT 6 network point and 40 for installation of cooking hood point

Now we can illuminate the kitchen path without turning on the light. Recharging time is 9-12 hours in sunlight, but over 12 hours on a cloudy day. For reconstruction, my experience, during the initial design development stage, you must have a good architect and structural engineer. These 2 must really be on the ball, to come out with approved drawings for submission. If they show sign of delay, that's it, yr permit to commencement got to wait for long long time.
