My Nokia handphone also got this type of case. I send my Nokia HP for repair at their care centre. They bring my HP in for repair. I produce my Warranty card but i lost my receipt, that what i told the staff from the beginning. The staff told me it's OK, just warranty card would be enough. 1 month later then they tell me that they want my original receipt if not they would not repair for me. I told them i only got the warranty card with me, I don't have the receipt (almost a year). Then over the phone the staff says "if that's the case we would return you your phone UNREPAIR". If u still want your HP to be repair, we would need to incur charges. But we can't promise you that the problem would not re-occurs. WTF, i don't want to repair liao. i would collect back my phone in the evening.

Yesterday abt 6.25pm, went down to jalan besar area to browse for toilet bowl and wash basin for my new hse. 1st shop i went in was poh joo main showroom Nobody came to us to assist us. kubica, U don't have to be so worried now. Maybe by then you maybe will "kyou tio" leh. Very difficult to say one. Maybe by then someone may sell you a 4 room resale flat (just renovated within 2 years) then u don't have to reno liao.. 4 room flat got different size also. 4A , 4I, 4NG. Depend on what type of housing u got. Renovation can range from $20K to $50K depend on the design. if there is a lot of custom-made furniture like wardrobe, TV feature wall, TV console, dining table , Bar Top, Bed, side table, Platform. Then your quotation would be more expensive.

OK understood you point. Since there u said there is no tiles. Do u intend to install wall tiles for kitchen? As it is not in the quotation. For mortar base is a base(made from cement) for putting your kitchen cabinet. So that when u spray water to clean your kitchen flooring, won't ganna the cabinet. For wiring u really need to ask them clearly.

Bro Richman, don't get misunderstood. The hacking work doesn't mean you wall. It's your floor.. As you see the quote above, 1. the contractor is quoting you "supply and laying the tiles". But they did not charge you on hacking the existing tiles. 2. Does it mean that there is no existing tiles in your house? If there is existing tiles they should be charging "hacking of existing tiles" in the quotation. 3.Or does it mean that you are doing overlaying tiles in all the 3 area of your hse? Even if you are doing overlaying of tiles there should be charges for doing chemical screed. 1. How high are they going to built it. 10mm or 50mm mortar base. 2. Existing house got any mortar base if there are it would incur in hacking fee. I thought you change the whole kitchen cabinet, Do you mean you remain the same location for the sink and washing machine. If not the same, then your inlet pipe also need to relocate. That would incur another cost too. For the electrical work, 1. i assume you are not going to rewire your existing wiring and you are using back the exactly same location of the existing lighting. (Just change to different lighting only) 2. The electrician don't need to dismantle the existing lighting one ah. 3. Remember to get the breakdown on all the electrical points and lighting installation charges. (if not thats where u become a carrot head for them to chop) 1. Dismantling of existing kitchen cabinet??
