my ID tell me he wanna smack me sia. he ownself try 3 times then get 200+ finally. then he goes about telling his "HDB conspiricy theories". then i say sure got ppl more heng de ma, like those ppl with duxton first phrase champion numbers for eg,havent get keys value up by 50% at least liao... then he say i'll never find ppl with good numbers in duxton or even top-10 anywhere cos he work this line 12yrs never saw top-10 ppl blah blah blah explaining his consipricy theory to me which i am here to try get some proof la. he say free me upgrade to blackgalaxy kitchen-top if i can find the champion numbers leh. haha. he like so confident.

haha u driving bigger cc car rightttt...erm..but cars are luxury items wor,they are meant to be subjected to non-subsidy,the bigger or better they are, the more u kena tax. the system sounds justified to me. eg; if you drive 7series and look at a cherryQQ. you'll also know your taxes are justified ma. 6pot brakes,rear 4 pot.advanced abs and climate system etc etc compared to something less then half your size and performance. but bring the same comparison over to housing. all same concreate ma. floor area not much diff, same orbit tiles and the eyesore shelter,its not like ea estates gets travelators to the nearest supermaket,covered walkway tiled with italian marble leading to the sculptured greek fountain of the communal garden planted with exotic plants. and bear in mind the "extra space" was already paid for with the larger pricetag... and so since there really is nothing "premium" or "luxurious" in unit or surrounding itself compared to the other types of housings. it really doesnt justify to not get the same subsidy. hmm...maybe i rant too much due to stressful period. but really not fair mahhh. *rolls on floor*

went to both PJ branch @ jln besar, main branch auntie was like afraid we break their things,didnt feel comfortable with someone always following me behind quietly everywhere i go so i left,at least say something like this is new stock la,good buy la,or explain the products i keep looking at ma. haiz.. but the young girl at the shop nearer to SLS was very helpful. she even remember its my 2nd visit thou i didnt buy anything weeks ago! maybe i cute? haha. anyway would had given her the biz if i didnt brought everything i need from their neigbours already. prices wise PJ has the upper hand. the shop next to PJ has indeed better sales staff esp the salesgirl,she has this sweet smile when introducing you stuffs. but the price are high,not sure discount have bo. as for the "shop next to the shop next to PJ "where i brought everything. prices slightly higher for some items but still cheaper then the middle one. but seeing the couple work so hard, felt they really deserved the deal. dunno leh, always felt better supporting small companies then big retail giants. they not poor la, drive oddessy one leh. but hopefully one day they can expand and provide their quality service at a larger scale among the other giants ba.

hehe good idea but usually if have balcony, the unit diagonally above you can more or less see you through windows or their balcony. kinda spoils the spa mood when u dip into the jaccuzi,lie your head backwards relaxing only to meet eye to eye with your neigbour smoking at their balcony. also, think there's a weight limit to how much laden weight you can have on the balcony. so good,5 room and have balcony like EA/EM,but power/water/gas tariffs lower. should really enjoy the balcony.

Hi Mr Chong and fellow users of RT, was browsing some fengshui charts and most mentioned being a 1979,Goat, i'll belong to the earth element,but 'by year' it seems pretty vague.. just wondering how accurate is this. or do we need a bazi calculation to be more precise? was told during CNY that yellow strangely an earth color doesnt favour goats this year thus i changed my room color to a light purple+darker purple curtain as my room was in light yellow previously(btw,my vehicle is yellow too. this is hard to change><'), its makes sense to me too as purple is a fire element that favour earth and its my fav color. But end up, i became quite sickly after CNY even got admitted to a&e once during early april. all major scans and test done and hospitals/clinics said i am generally healthy. finally went to a traditional chinese doctor and she advised me to change my eating habits and lifestyles which slowly bring me back to recovery thankfully. Didnt think the new room color might be related to my sickly state till now.As i'm gonna paint my new house now, purple being my favourite color is again in my list. suddenly it came upon me that my well-being was kinda compromised when i change my room's theme to purple. and so the questions comes. could it be the purple? maybe i dont precisely belong to a earth element? or maybe i used too much of the purple? maybe it's my yellow vehicle?? yeah sungei kadut area is great for funishing ideas. can drop by IFC to view stuffs on the higher side too. higher end stuffs are more of less there. if driving, take note to drive slowly when crossing the railway tracks thou.that track is a suspension killer. ultimately, view the process as a chance to compromise/agree with each other if newly married, it gets tiring when you see it as a chore. you know,something like hold hands and snuggle up at the sofa you aim. sit at both ends of the dinning tables pretending you're having a candlelight meal. its makes the process for fun and creates memory for both of you everytime you look at your purchases in your new home later. haha. but the saleman's goosebumps sure drop whole floor de la.

gotta have a comparision to justify any shop ma. thus simply suggested visiting nova after star furniture as its near there to save time,no point going down to bengtuan to know star furn is better.and found that there isnt any $399 sofa or $99 director chair for sale. tradehub21 has nova too and if wanna look at cellini, might as well go there too as the price is suprisingly better compared to the branch at IFC. take note i dont suggest to buy at anywhere at all if you notice. cos our taste and budget might differ from TS. The bigger idea is to let TS see the good,the bad and the unexpected. i did that and was convinced furniture warehouse(star furniture's) are pretty much the place you should set the benchmark if looking for normal range furnishing like you would reco. moving up the bar with cellini and uvonna or even enzo/space/air durings sales. As for sevice standard in various places. know and understand that customers themselves plays a major part too in a good shopping experience. simple steps like walkin,smile,greet and state wat you are looking for. seen ppl walking into shops and tell the sales just look look(kan kan) of course no service lo. sometimes it really depends on how we kickstart the ball. but dun wanna get into the topic of 'how to shop' and stick with the topic of 'where to shop'. just felt there isnt a need to avoid any shop totally. can even go Red"fruit" at sk or imm to browse. do take note there is mentions that MrDecor at imm is infact bengtuan.. And if TS wanna give nova a miss.can always go brighton when at sungei kadut. but their stuffs a slightly a notch below star furniture's and nova's. thus didnt suggest it as comparison.

wow, after reading. the issue seems to be near the verge liao. if so, only left the ultimate test. get the galfriend to time herself and comeout of the FIL room a couple of times whenever the husband reach home,sit closer to the FIL when watching tv together in hall. or do anything that invloves the FIL more then the husband eg; tabao nice food for him forgetting bout the husband. if the husband never confront her about getting to close to his dad. can 100% say he is gay and dont love her at all. cos 0% jealousy. still thinks his gay or those that perfer 'sisters' type.

alot complains on nova meh?my shopping expeience was good thou,sometimes we gotta see for ourselves rather then pass our judgement solely based on forums as they might be fictitious. dont think any company can operate at a larger scale claiming ZER0 complains incidents. it sums down to how they handle the issue. so far that Red"fruit" tops the RT "wall of flame" and yeah,went personally to experience their sales practice,and its close to what ppl describe them to be thus the rest of the accusations are prolly true to a certain extend but if you notice,hardly any strong 'evidence' like invoices or pictures of defective products are posted? thus will still give the company the benefit of doubt..their stuffs are quite nice actually. anyway, its doesnt harm to look,see at nova stuffs or even Red"fruit" stuffs since they are all in that area,might as well browse for comparison. as mentioned, since ts didnt state his budget and expectations, thus mentioned a few ok ones + a few midrange ones. so she can move up the bar slowly then decide lo. felt that vhive's range of furniture not comprehensive enough to classify so didnt list although they might be the first stop to set the benchmark when u're looking for study tables and chairs.

Dunno your budget range but if looking for cheap and presentable furnish, can go furniture warehouse, go furniturewarehouse send the benchmark first. can also drop by Nova to look,see. all at sungei kadut area. after this 2 place,move up the bar by going to cellini and uvonna. to me this are the 4 place worth mentioning. their prices reflect the quality of their products reasonably. but this kinda things quite subjective la. do note, sales happen alot during sat, can grab some good buys infact from designer labels. all the other "sales" can ignore, its an attempt to pull you there nia. but if you really go there. no matter how good the deals dont get pushed into making full payment. understand their terms and conditions before commiting any purchase.all must black and white ah,remember!

another reason is the age of the flat i guess. EM unit usually quite old i belive.at least 15yrs? thus the unit itself need alot of repairs to uphold now and later. so are the flats near it. all very old looking liao. during my ballot there's actually a repo EM going for about 315k.corner unit somemore! 6th floor. was still available during our turn. but didnt choose cos again the very cute HDB aunty tell us we first time... should aim new flat if not next time hard liao.

seek the justice you want,contact ST or TNP with your invoice,etc. they're always looking for controversial stories. but dont set out to break ppl's ricebowl. bad karma. no offence taken pls. hehe. just educate/inform ppl whom you can reach about what to take note of when purchasing items. be it a mp3 player or a 10k sofa. consumers themselves need to learn how to make purchases wisely.
