Ben, u got check wire or not? if still soft hor...then its ok lah. yoshi master u also go check ur wores, if the seller did re wire b4, then u don't have to re-do. get the electrician to check once u confirm the job. They can advice better. mine both uncle and jason checked for me and confirm that no rewiring required. the ex owner rewired 9yrs ago when they reno the house.

settle ur pebblewash's 不完美 first and decide on the sealer later on Uncle provide for me and i really forgot about the cost cos i didn't receive a copy of my quote. That's the pebble wash for the entrance

I think it should be fine u paid almost everything upfront? i thought it is paid by phases...nvm lah...since already done also bobian...my osim huh? Hey new, overall ur place still looks good as for the mosaics...if it is really their worksmanship issue and u can't accept, u can try to get them to re-do again. I agree it's ma fan lah...but end of the day u are paying for something u dun like leh. for pebblewash, i also do...beginning there were a few tiny pebbles fell off, but never like that and there was no noticeable holes athere...yours seems pretty bad. will u be applying sealer to it?
