  2. Cos my toilet ceiling was leaking ma...so the HDB ppl came to fix it for us before our second appt...they also fixed the floor cos apparently the water was leaking from my toilet to the house downstairs...so after they hacked out our previous tiles in our toilet and relay new ones, they said cannot hack le...can only overlay. That's what my agent told me, the ppl in HDB also told me the same thing when I called them.

  6. the tiling is looking good I know what you mean abt the air cond trunking..I also have in my master bedroom...they also told me no other place to put so got the trunk running across the beam in the centre of the room...but luckily after being painted it doesnt look that apparent already. Also got some running at the side of the wall near to the floor (like yours) which we conceal with full-length curtain
  7. Did you go to the shop itself to take a look? Or you can give them a call to ask
  8. Hmm I think just read the reviews on them...sometimes you just have to trust them. for example when I selected my contractor I did so because I felt comfortable with him and because basically he just gave me and my husband a good feeling. I also have no experience prior to renovating this house of mine... For paint, I used Dulux and Nippon...most of my walls are painted using Pentalite and so far it looks great...though in kitchen and bathroom better to use those anti-mould paint...
  9. Hmm quite difficult to see if you got miss out anything, cos it's really up to you to decide what to include in your reno etc Maybe I can just send u my contractor quotation to me then u compare and see? Need ur email add tho...
