    Ah...I'm late Welcome to punggol
  12. Hmmmm.....I'm trying my best to imagine.....how should I put it...hmmmm. What if I said not nice from my point of view? Faux skylight, its does look nice, but it take some knowledge to really put it in good use and create the type of skylight effect. If place it wrongly, not only it doesn't serve its purpose, it will look kinda out of theme and look. So I do hope u consider and look for more advises before you install them.
  13. yes u can email me for quotation

  14. Welcome to the T-blog And wishing u a smooth renovation.
  15. Might be able to list out for u some of the pros and cons for having the sink so far left. Bigger and longer work space area. Just turn and u can throw your dishes into the sink... Water splash onto the floor, especially if your living/dining floor are those glossy finishing...slippery. Lesser walk space if someone want to pass thru while u doing the washing, depend on the length of the dining table and width of the chair. Look like u do not have the dish tray holder so most likely u either going to put a standing 1 or wipe clean after washing and keep in drawers.
  16. Mind if I give some inputs on those layout and stuffs?
  17. I'm having more stress now...dealing with commercial projects and doing night works.. ..so not taking up any HDB unless is recommended by someone....basically my flat reno is on halt for the moment as I got no time to design carpentry work yet..wife is me...lol.. ...good babies and kids docs are at sengkeng rivervale mall, and Blk 108 clinic...punggol plaza the clinic there...service not very good...written close at 9.30pm...go there 8.30pm and they said closed already, not taking in anymore.
  18. I think its 304 grading, not 316 which is of higher range of stainless steel. If goggle, u will know the big different between 304 and 316.
  19. Copper vs stainless steel....pricing. Lesser joints, lesser risk on leakage. There are some more pros and cons between these 2 material used, owner choice I will said.
  20. Don't worry...need advise just post it here...we can help u.
  21. If can, do 2 layers of waterproofing 1st before u overlay. Also check that there isn't any existing tiles that are hollow. oh forgot something too...use W1 and chemical cement for tiles to be overlay too.
  22. Sometimes, its really hard to do with friends or relative who is a contractor/ID. Personally, I had rejected my relatives and friends house renovation works too. I'm also worry about spoiling the relationship....but I will pass them to my colleagues...
