act when such things hap, the owner mus b realistic....cut loss if necessary. i went thru that, my contractor gave me empty promises one after another, enthusiastic and meet me only when wan money, said 2 month job before signing contract and after 3 months still in limbo...i gave him an ultimatum and it was ignored and i knew that was it... got my relative to help ask ard and finished everything in 3 weeks...i lost some money (abt 3-4k) but i got to move in and had some sanity restored in my life...we were first timers then and even my parents flat reno was so smooth that i never knew rogue contractors are around..

fyi i connected thru VGA cable. my tv is 42 FHD Panasonic Viera. no issues at all. mayb u can try with VGA...quality is similar.

haha act my childhood home is in bt timah until i was 10yrs old...i stil go there every week as my sis stays there...but MP wld stil b the place for me as it is near to the sea and im a sucker for seaview haha...

MP 3 and 4 roomers usu 1 toilet only...fyi. but the completed utility room are sure useful. if u hv kids in e future, MP has 2 good primary schools.

err when i was staying w my parents n sister in a 4 room flat, our utilities is alr 300 per mth. my 2nd sis living in a landed utilities is 450 at least. $90 is almost unheard of.

ya like my neighbour n my seller they are both first time owners - more than 20 over yrs. sometimes buy flat is also see 'fate'..like me n my wife were ready to offer for a 4S in blk 856 (in aug08). it was unsold for 5 weeks becos of the orig condition but it was cheap (if i rem correctly it was $268k). anyw we were prepared to overhaul so no issue with us. viewed on sat n offered next day sun 10am - agent said 'sold last nite'. was quite disappointed cos we thot it was a good deal n we were looking forward to using the park n swimming pool nearby. then 1-2 weeks later, we saw our unit and i guess all else is history haha
