Hi Easyx2, Pardon me for guessing, looking at the photos i noticed that the Tiler layed its starting line from Living's main door (or what)? if you are able to take a photo on the wall & floor line behind the wardrobe, then we can tell whether it is parallel wall or not, alternative you may take a shot on the wall & floor line behind this wall... there might come with another problem, maybe your floor line were not parallel from the starting point?

The Kitchen cabinet is a separate contract right? There are a few imported Kitchen specialist in Singapore, the set of Kitchen will cost 30-50K which is consider normal, they have include imported Germany/ Italy appliances like expensive sink, tap, Oven, Built in Fridge even dryer which itselves already cost 20K-30K or more which ever price is applicable. Kitchen cabinet materials price which is in high-end side, normally they come with water resistant board instead of plywood, Quartz worktop and Blum soft closer and even comes with retractable tempered glass door, Not to forget they high Rental showroom & advertistment. unless you get nothing of the above Renovation price are too high, you have to blame yourself for not checking the market before engaging them

A HOUSE WARMING YESTERDAY- Resort Style Apartment Owner was very honest with me that they don't have time to look for other designer so as long we can work within their budget including lighting and sanitary ware, then this project will be mine The budget given was reasonable, after a week of calculation and floor plan proposal, he paid a sum of deposit before the drawings submitting to him. We went to Toh Tuck Rd Soon Bee Huat Tile shop, Balestier Lian Seng Hin, Hafary Tile shop to pick tiles for different area cause owner are particular determine on Tile selection, Materials has to be close to the natural source as possible, and the solid chengai timbers are used to create an Icon of the House.

Contemporary Style inside Bukit Regency The House was well planned before the owner found us, follow up with colour input & material choices later. House owner himself was architech trained, so the technical and idea exchange were challenging, Result is satisfactory

3D impression was created only after the materials confirmation, so the effect are very much near to the actural features. The house was created about 5 years back before my journey to the commercial design field, there were a few changes after that like the TV console, wall paper etc, i had my permission to shoot the house and notice that the owner is interested to shift to a bigger house sooner, another interesting site is coming soon for our performance hee hee...
