Pls don't wait. You are better off getting other contractors. Don't be tempted by the price. There is a trade-off if you do not possess the patience.

It's a long story. To cut it short, he did not deliver his promises and keep to his appts and deadlines. Very poor time management and lacking sincerity. If he already can't handle so many projects in the 1st place, don't keep accepting more projects. Sometimes, a busy contractor may not be a reliable contractor. I've learnt my lesson. P.S. I'm in no way trying to malign anyone because I'm just stating the facts and hoping to provide info to potential customers so as to make a more informed decision.

Just a note to all potential customers: If you do not have the patience to babysit, man-manage a forgetful and unhelpful contractor, Jason should not be your option.

For those who are looking for ah soon to quote, you have to be very patient in handling him...it can be quite frustrating...I have met him 2-3 weeks ago... it was a pleasant meeting... then he say he will get back to me in a week's time on the quotation, knowing that I need the reno urgently. A week has passed and there was no sound of him. I called him, he asked who i am. Then say he lost my specs discussed during the meeting. Then I was like asking him why he din even bother to call me to ask for my specs again.. he say he will search for it and if can't find, will call me... another week has passed and there was no sign of him again...and i tink i have lost hope in waiting for him any longer... so my advice, pls make sure that he kept ur quotation properly... i doubt I will engage him as my contractor, knowing that he is so absent minded and lacking sincerity...unless you are a very very very patient person

Been waiting for Jason's quote for more than 2 weeks and he still has yet to respond.. Call him several times and he always reply that he will call back and then he will try to work on my quotation asap.. yet his asap is like forever...sigh...

Hi CC, Our family are avid internet surfers. Am worried that wireless signals are not strong with router. Planning to have 3 desktops in living room, MBR and bedroom 2. Where would be the best place to place the router? Living or MBR? Also when you meant data points, they are wired from the router to each external socket where you can plug in for wired connection? Are they clearly better than wireless? Pardon my inquisitivity.
