Key phrases are: "do home work before action" "plan for the best, prepare for the worst"-anticipation power comes with skill & experience!, 20% vs 80% rule applies. "make things happened to one's advantages" Never, even gong gong sit there do nothing or waiting for "others' advises" and wait for "things" to happen. "unwanted things" sure happen, then look for fsms?.

It is a fact & common sense that sharp corners everywhere and these pose bodily danger when get in touch with high impact of force, esp toddlers start learning walking tend to knock here & there unintended, so...doesn't mean "round" is good too. Different ppls having different degree of tolerance( like/dislike are too simple the word to describe),as to shapes of objects. No body likes to live in environment with many sharp corners exposed...some will have 心理压力 on these shapes. Fsms talking about this simply this is "common sense". Don't go too "extreme". Fsms know how to manipulate 心理压力 good enough, from "nothing", talk till "something" as if real. Watch out for this type of fsm.

HDB mortgage loan has no lock-in. Full redemption has no penalty, just pay up the outstanding amount. Just walk in to your HDB branch and say, I strike toto.... Added: Be reminded to tell HDB staff whether you want to the title deed, or leave it with HDB. NO request = keep by hdb.

Publishing books is the lousier way to make profit, most cases writers has to top up money to pay publisher, as well as to beg distributors to display the book for sale, worse is the promotion process....to get book sold first, 1st thing is to make sure you are "somebody", follow by promotion.....esp book to carry writer's signature. Should consult LT & JY for book publishing and selling techniques.

If she asks you to put a patch of "s h i t" which she mentions can bring wealth, would you put? That is the "source" which mislead ppls and "corrupt" the reputation of FS.

From yinyang & wuxing's sheng & ke functions- things on earth are "changing" every moment to reach their "optimum" mixes. This mix will reach with that mix, etc. History repeats itself. 物极必反。Like moon phases from new-waxing-full-waning, etc. These are FS principles!

Plato (428 BC-348 BC) made money by "publishing" book - The Republic? Sun Wu (孙武)(544 BC - 496 BC) made money by "publishing" The Art of War? LT & JY sure made $$$ by publishing book & DVD. The language in LT & JYs' books is "layman" enough, but too "long winded". LT did not explain the "rational" or even the history development, but keep stressing energies, magnetic field, crystal & repeat & repeat again to make the book "thick". JY did explain some rational, but not good & detailed enough. May be he was too busy with video filmig and conducting courses. So many things to "try" meh? What are these things ?

Stamp duty fee is the $ paid to IRAS to get doc registered & "recognised" by singapore law. Can tell which bank & amount?? Legal fee also absorbed by bank??? Lock in 5 year with fixed interest rate, you choose??? "Sweeteners" are not always good. -
1. When arrange for mortagag loan, MUST indicate the ownership methods of property is "Joint tenancy" or "Tenancy in common". Joint tenancy - if one owner dies, the surviving joint tenant immediately becomes the owner of the whole property. This is called a Right of Survivorship. This type of ownership is generally used by married couples. Tenacy in common - upon the death of one co-owner, his or her interest will not pass to the surviving owner or owners, but will pass according to his or will. If there is no will, his or her share will pass according to the law determining heirs. Ppls choose this method if co-owners are just friend/relative/colleagues...Believed the TS's case is this. Existing co-owner can always transfer his name out and insert his appointed name with same amount of share in the property, this is the transfer of title, can only be done by lawyer with a consideration of stamp duty to make the document valid. Lawyer will have to work with other co-owners and bank( if o/s loan) & these entities have rights to object to the transfer. O/S mortgage loan amount remained unchanged = no money out!But method of instalment payment can be modified with fundamental terms unchanged. Very tedious process. Another transfer of title, of course can be done through prevailing buy & sell practise. "old" loan will be terminated and "new" loan with new owners will be established. Pte property's valuation value is quite "negotiable", for banks.

Stamp fee is calculated at such: (buying price x 3%-$5,400), bank will not "subsidy" this amount! A $300k flat need $3,600 cash or cpf. Agent's comm need cash! too -

Instead of recommending "books", I suggest you to read & understand following areas: - 12 earthy & 10 heavenly branches, understand how they are applied/work in chinese calender & "divination" eg bazi/ZWDS - Yinyang & wuxing, understand how they link/work to/with nature/universe. - formaton of bagua & book of change's 64 "gua", understand the concept of "change" vs destiny. - Landscape formations, qi, different type of 72 mountains/dragons and water. Understand their inter-relationship, environmental settings. - Chinese star constellation, understanding the 3 enclosures & 28 mansions. Test yourself if you could identify names of stars over the sky at night. - Understand sun, moon, earth & other planets, how they "rotate", orbits... If you understand above, you are "somebody" liao. These news rules are within expection at this point of time, with prevailing low interest, "good" economic(Asia), mainly aim to - curb short-term speculation, more rules may come if price still up (>3%qoq). - to paint a better CPI. - as an "invisible" reservoir to suck hot money caused by QEs. - look like to discourage general sinagporeans to have a "2nd home" at this point of time. Personally, I think these rules come at right timing before things get out of controls. But don't understand borrow money from Ah Kong why still keeps at 10%: 90%, thought interest rate at 2.6%. HDB 1st timer will chiong. Whether it is against competition law? Is there such a law in Singapore? Law maker violated law set can be sued?
