haha...not all the time he can curb my temper. sometimes he will siam so as not to kana on him as well. ya lah, esp when the damage could hv been avoided if he had been careful.

I almost did! the moment it happen, i spin around and went over check the damage. hubby say my face immediately black like anything. I almost wanted to scold but hubby say let Edmund handle, if we scold onsite, god knows what they will further do to my house. so ok lor, i diam diam....but face still black so hubby quickly ask me go home. i shall keep that in mind. see what edmund do first since he say he will settle. hi guys & gals dunno abt clearance sale. jus happen to hear on news and see yahoo news that carrefour selling off their stores in singapore, malaysia & thailand. went up look look see see yesterday evening. carpenters were there and they were installing the cabinets in kitchen. pretty messy everywhere so did not manage to take pic. had my first unhappiness yesterday. seems like the carpenter workers (one young chap, to be precise) are not very careful with my stuff. I happen to arrive when the workers are moving the other carpentry work into the house. The young chap very "lun zhun" and keep bumping the cabinet into my lights!! the other worker keep scolding him. that still ok since no damage done. WORSE THING HAPPEN was he was taking 2 drawers into my study room. the other worker was still asking him to be careful and he "happily" went to bang the drawers into my new veneer door It made a chip in my lovely new door!!! hubby, knowing my temper, ask me to keep quiet first and jus reflect back to Edmund. If he din stop me, I might be scolding the worker liao. Took pic of the chip and send to Edmund. He replied almost immediately that he will settle for me. we shall see how....

then in that case ur curtain might only be able to be done after u move-in? at first my carpentry also thought will be very long. so when Edmund sms me yesterday say carpentry is going to be in these couple days, I was shocked! our sms was like: Edmund: ur carpentry will be in on wed or thur. Me: Oh! Edmund: why leh, too fast ah? dun wan so fast? thought u wan fast, wan to delay a bit? Me: NO NO NO, i was shocked only. fast is ok!

oohh...congratz to u merydith!! Pics pics!! mine no confirmation yet lah. but am happy already once stuff can be delivered before 7th month. esp this morning hubby say carrefour moving out singapore, so he also wan the sofa bed delivered asap... before this, we already hv worst case senario where stuff can be in before 7th month but we shift after. so hopefully this will not happen.

matashi, come to think of it....u can meanwhile take a look at Mr Chew's workmanship at angteko's T-blog. he did Ang's curtains as well with materials that fit his theme to a T! Ang was pretty pleased with the work as well... Angteko's review on curtains. it was pretty much the feedback by Ang and the cost that got me fixed to Mr Chew.

I'm trying to learn with my son now lor....hahaha...u near reuben. ask him lah. his wifey music teacher leh.

haha...me too. my electrical also not settled yet. the electrician found some shorted wires connecting to Bomb Shelter, causing my electrical to keep tripping from the very start of the reno... also hv not change the switches. so though end is nearing, still got sometime to go still lah... Thanks all bro & sis for ur wishes! I can't wait for all the reno to end!!
