Thou difficulty in selecting id or conrtactor, we are happy looking ard for furnitures and electrical stuff. Went down to S & C Furniture at amk. Oh my! so many catalogues to look at and choose! The lady was nice and told us that its better to get furnitures when the colour scheme, layout and measurements are ready from the reno. We should be getting our dining table + chairs, coffee table, study chair from them. For sofa, we still think that to see a physical set and to sit and feel is better to judge.

same here, want to commit but also scare that what if the id screw up and not forgetting the cost too. Want to use contractor which will be mush cheaper but afraid that the end result doesnt turn out nice, like the theme not here not there.

Waited and waited... Finally went for the sale of my hse 1st appt. It was done in abt an hour. Then 2nd appt will be in late May. Plus the extension given by buyer, we have till 11th Jul then handover my key. However today we calculated that my 2nd appt for the purchase of the new hse will be late June. That means i only have abt 2 weeks to reno? How is it possible? Discussed with my husband, we only want to move in when everything is done up nicely. So looks like have to find a temporary place to rent and stay for a month or less.

i also like option 3. Same here, i also want to mount tv on wall but dun want feature wall cos i feel that it would take up some space and make the living rm looks smaller. But no feature wall will have untidy wires. I want to ask how abt the scv set up box and dvd player? If put inside the console, hw the remote sensor wk? But put outside will look messy. Any idea?

is it oily stuff? certain smell? Eat smaller portion, and eat whatever she feels like eating. Also eat slowly, that might help too. Most importantly is to have water intake else get dehydrate. Thats what happen to my colleague. Got to be hospitalised. Try drinking soup? Those cantonese styled soup.
