Nice! Now the broken marble flooring seems to blend in too. Like u, we also kept the marble flooring. Initially tot it was ugly but now seems fine! Sometimes we should give these neighbourhood shops a try, good buys with reasonable price tags.

Happy renovation! Mine is also 4 room and we took abt 4 weeks plus to finish reno. However, certain things go to close 1 eye and rectifications to be done after HO. Basically we hack kitchen, 2 toilets wall and fl tiles. Laminate 2 rooms flooring, L box the whole hse and carpentry wk.

My id only collected the bulk payment when we shifted in for abt 3 weeks, and still got somethings not done (becos of the 7th mth, cant do wk) so final payment still with us. I would say that she was very nice, rushed the job for us.

suspended table also scared that it cant take the weight. Hw abt extendable table? saw a few at ikea but not sure of the price. My chair looks nice but its quite easy to stain cos the surface is not smooth type. But i still like the design of it.

Jia you jia you!!!! Can arrange, for my place i arranged the washer, study chair, gals' bedframe, 3 mattresses, sofa and dining chairs all to be delivered on the same day. We called them a week to 2 weeks earlier to fix the delivery date then used half the day waiting.

This is the dining table, got the chairs fron gnee hong. Silver legs, glass top but the glass is opaque, cant see thru. There is another frosted type but difficult to maintain, will have prints below (my sis says so). Can fix on ur own, but the glass was super heavy. Easy to install.

hahaha... i have 2 gals and i am their mama hence the nick. i was referring to the orange ones in the kitchen, MBR. So bright, very cheery. And also the orange wall at the dining area. So nice of ur id to give FOC mosaic tile, if u can go harfary to choose the mosaic, i got 1 from Soon Bee Huat and another from Harfary. Heard that Harfary got more choices in mosaic.

Ur hse very bright with the orange and yellow. Possible to get the laminates as close to the 3d pix? It looks nice now cos its bright but worried for the later selection of actual laminates. A lot of carpentry wk, thats why the cost is hi. What material u using to separate the master toilet? Mine was the wardrobe.

I bought ikea furniture along the years, s far ok la. Study chairs, wardrobes, chest drawers, book shelf etc. So far still can last for a few years. The only problem i have is the self assembly, some screws quite difficult to fix in so in the end, we got the ppl to come and fix.

Hi hi ok still got some stuff not completed cos just past 7th mth. So far enjoying the quiet and peace here. I bought my glass dining table from ikea, 135 cm long. We also have the same problem like u, can only put in 120 cm size table. But id said can squeeze in up to 135 cm. Its still selling at ikea, Torsby table top + frame. Price ard $200+ Hw abt Vhive? My kitchen is those long type so ventilation quite ok but cos there is no door separating the kitchen and living room, we bought those tower fan type when i am cooking. Also switched it on when we take our dinner. I remembered Ossify installed a alpha bb fan in his kitchen but he using those portable induction cooker (if i didnt remember wrongly)

Welcome to AMK! If u are worried, get the seller to sign the form earlier. At least if they last min reject, u still can have time to persuade them. Mine also sign for me but the husband was a little hesitant, luckily his wife was more open-minded and told him to sign. I did it at the last minute so was worried at that point of time.
