I am planning to have the tall cabinet with build in oven install beside the refrigerator. Is the heat released from the oven can spoilt the fridge in long run? I was told fridge cannot be placed next to the stove because of the temp rise may spoilt the motor parts of fridge. What about build in oven?

Have you made the full payment? Why not you try to leave them a text message, and hope to get reply from them before sourcing for third party to finish the uncompleted job

It depends on what you plan to do actually. At first I thought the contractor would be cheap, but after getting both ID and contractor quotation for comparison, their different is not much, about 5 to 10% cheaper. So, I opt for ID

I know what I want too, but I do not have much time to coordinate with the contractors if I were to do it separately. So, I have decided to let the ID to handle everything...not started yet cus the second appointment will be the beginning of November. Cant wait for the day to come! Is this your sketch? you are very good in designing then. Your false ceiling can fight with the professional ID. double thumb up! Keep us posted, OK?

I met Steve twice to discuss about some design and to request for a quote. He is very nice during the first discussion, everything is OK, can be done but he needs some time to think. But after weeks, he disappeared. When I called him to discuss again, he wasnt ready with quotation and the concept or idea of how to do at all. Note: I did not state my budget; gave him the freedom to design after the first discussion about my prior needs.

How much is your budget? Why never consider Brandt FP867XS1 model? Also come with pyrolytic cleaning De Dietrich is not cheap right?
