The Salesperson is Mr Joey and I am glad that they provide trustworthy materials & good workmanship. They used Armaflex Insulation for the pipings and on the day of installation, Joey called and asked me if I want to be there to inspect the materials & witness the installation. We supposed to get PE endorsement on 29-Jan-2011, but the LEW came to inspect prior to PE inspection and stop the inspection process after finding out these non-approved sockets used throughout our house. Another issue is the gas meter which is now relocated inside our service balcony which needs to be covered up. I went back home earlier but forget to check what the electrician did. The electrician is coming this morning to dismantle all the 2-pin multi-facet wall sockets as they are not approved for PE inspection. I understand that none of these multi-facet sockets are approved for domestic use in Singapore. The PE inspector told us that he could keep 'one-eye' close if there is one or 2 pieces of these sockets installed, but not for the whole unit like ours. So, we postponed the PE Inspection till after CNY. We will re-install few of them back only after PE approval for the whole house electrical installation.

Star 9 resides in West sector of the house this year. However, star 9 is fire element meeting the metal in Dui Gua. Further, the Three Killings & Year Breaker are Robbery Stars and they are located in West sector this year. Thus, the West sector, although with Star 9 which is potential for gains & residual income in the real estate industries, and also bodes well for a happy & long lasting family relationships, is rendered a non- useable sector! Keep the West sector of the house quiet with no renovation, drillings, hacking, etc this year.

Changes can be equal to 'Growth' or Changes can be equal to 'Pain'. In my opinion, feng shui comes first. Knowing type of Qi flow in your house like which sector & directions have benevolent Qi to support certain activities then you can proceed with the design.
