  1. Looks like it was custom made by their contractor, note the cutting on the back .
  2. There are exhibitions all year round and for mattresses there are also promotions 365 days a year. It's a sales trick. I advice to go there and see see look look but not to buy there. The prices there are normally more ex than normal.
  3. Do they really do exports? From what i know they get their stuffs from sungei kadut factories.
  4. Hmm.... woodpecker... last christmas is it 25-12-09 till today ?? 8 days only?? Even local goods also not so fast ready lor unless you are buying those cheap sofas from malaysia. Sounds like you are trying to bad mouth them.
  5. For 3k plus you could get a lot of brands, but if you are afraid of getting mattress companies that manufacture their mattresses in south east asia than probably you can try Tempur which is only produced in Denmark. You may even consider Magic Koil or four star which is produced in Singapore.
  6. Charles

    Beds.sg

Prices not bad but I suggest you look around first.
  7. Might as well try it since you have to S&C. If the price is better than it will be worthed the extra trip. Look for Eric when you go there.
  8. I have to agree with samtheman about this point. The risk far outweight the pros. I cant ready remember the exact area. But there are a few there at shunde. Just be super careful and remember that cheap doesnt mean good and expensive doesnt mean safe.
  9. Hi Zio you can try 2 places. 1. hommage trading 2 s&c So far they have the most interesting prices around.
  10. You can try staying at guangzhou shun de area. But beware, some of them display quality goods but might send you lousy goods. QC and shipping will be the most headache.
  11. When a material is water proof means that it will also trap heat. Most likely smooth leather is not really real leather maybe fake. The lighter test is a trick. If he can light the flame and hold it on the same spot and if it doesnt burn tell me. I can do the same test on my hand. The trick is to keep moving the flame so that the heat doesnt build up on the same spot. That way it never burn. Real leather and fake leather can be clean by just water and clean cloth.
  12. I find Furniture mall products are normally on the high side. Anyone can still find the same or similar products outside but at lower prices.
  13. Be careful nowdays when you buy marble tables, there are a lot of man made ones in the market now. Remember real marbles confirm cannot be fully white. They sure have some lines due to naturally environment conditions. I think i know what type of stools you are talking about. The ones with the marble near the surface but are very heavy. One of the company is call Afos, specialise in marble table and stools.
  14. From what i know the "leather" used in car seats are normally synthetic leather in other words fake leather. Most likely you have been "sweet talked".Look in your invoice, if it states full leather, then go make noise if not...... you have to most likely go claim or just take it as a lesson learnt. Hope i am wrong
