They will indeed charge slightly higher. ID will indeed will be better. At least when things happens you can just find ID. Dont need to go and find contractor and argue with them. ID will settle it. But dont forget material and quality plays a part too. Each cents counts. There are indeed some hidden cost there as i had mention about the skirting issues. Well still will be better to hunt for a few quotes no harm.. Good luck in ur findings...
