  1. so nice of u odie.. short trip sia... can go kai kai.. GnM hows life?
  2. whenever who you ask to remove the trunking there will sure to have charges required. ID will ask their sub-con to help you out. Owner will call and ask air-con supplier to do it. Depends on how much is it.
  3. recently i had buy quite a number of things from them. dont see any problem with them. sale person is nice and the delivery guys are great. willing to help me on extra things.
  4. Hope it helps. Your quote seems ok. But what will be the range of material you will be getting? There are quite a few of ranges of materials. Especially on capentry works. Do source for a few more quotes and compare.
  5. phew i thought mine renoblog is gone. heng still there. Good morning to all. So warren hows everything?
  6. did u try natural living? if im not wrong bukit tamah had one shop there. beside courts i think.
  7. hmmm.. so how about the tiles issues? both washroom tiles got change bo?
  8. i believe is the weather concern. Singapore is a humid country not like foreign countries.
  9. well.. extra trunking, before or after installations?
  10. Well there are a lot of energy saving light bulbs. Downlights also have energy saving bulbs. So shouldnt be and issues to it. Halogen lights will indeed consume more electicity but the effect is nice. Think you had saw at mine house right?
  11. nope. now slim types hoods also have 1000m already. Check this model: SKU/Code: DHT496XP1 Name: 90 cm Metal Front Telescopic Description: • 2 twin fan motor • Maximum airflow : 1000 m3/h Dont know how much is the price but will be more expensive then other slim hoods. Well without the extractor is still ok. Just to make sure to wash the filter regular if the owner is a heavy cooker. Well will be good that after cooking then on the air-con in the living room will be a better choice.
  12. Yes indeed a wall or tempered glass will be a better choice. A powerful hood range of 1000m to 1200m will be a addtional idea for smoke and grease away from the kitchen. but still depends on what designs of ur house will be. A wall will make ur dining room and kitchen smaller. With tempered glass divider will make it look bigger and wider.
  13. Well the whole house will looked woodly and will feel very heavy.
  14. agree to what zirhk3355 had said. Nicely approach to him. If cant do the hard way.
  15. Lightings will be done in some area which is required for capentry. Prevent to do all as if capenter knock down the lightings will fell heart pain. Knowing that capenter will pay back but will the quality of the ligthings is there? Some will give execuse and wont pay it.
  16. hehe.. thanks aphy... actually we had upgrade added something already. Well not still ongoing in progress.. will upload it when the time comes... all the lightings are brought from balestier.
  17. yes indeed. some what i know that some forumers here had stated that they had get sub-con from outside and do the air-con. not like last time they got their own cons..
  18. They will indeed charge slightly higher. ID will indeed will be better. At least when things happens you can just find ID. Dont need to go and find contractor and argue with them. ID will settle it. But dont forget material and quality plays a part too. Each cents counts. There are indeed some hidden cost there as i had mention about the skirting issues. Well still will be better to hunt for a few quotes no harm.. Good luck in ur findings...
  19. yapz... till now im still dont know what to choose.
  20. if possible ask ur ID to take out the handle and make a non-handle drawer. Hope it helps.
