  1. Aiyoh, I feel so "paiseh" that you go to the extent to upload the tag for me. Thanks! Coffee on me next time...
  2. Haha, thanks for the info. What is your wordpress url? Wanna stalk your reno blog...just kidding... Love to read forumers' reno blogs > it makes me recalled where I need to do revision before go for exam...LOL... This is the first time I do renovation so I feel a bit nervous, excited and also stress. Actually, I also dun wanna ask so many questions but boh pian. When I asked salesman, they all do sales talk and when I check online, the website only give me the facts. I need reviews from end users so that I can have better info to make my final decision. Decision is a very tough thing in life. I have been wondering why the school never teach people how to make a sound decisions in life. If you notice, two main things that school never taught 1) Financial Planning 2) Decision Making. In real life, we need these both skill to survive...I think I side track too much liao..just ignore it. Cheers:)

  8. I like the squarish layout but I am having difficulty where to put my dining table. We have our feng shui reading that we can't place our dining table at kitchen which was our weak direction. So, most probably with put it in living room but again because the main door is facing our neighbour's main door directly and quite close I would say (door to door unit), we have to do a partition wall. Not sure whether you can visualise it...so, my living room will be cut into portions...LOL..will look a bit cramp..
  9. I guess I am being inspired by both of you and this time for my new place I will take some time to DIY my workspace using IKEA materials. Thanks for your on going posting and DIY ideas. Frankly speaking, I am a very lazy person but recently being inspired by few forumers here for doing DIY stuff and I can feel the excitement and satisfaction from them. So, wanna try it out after my reno. Cheers:) Emobebe

  14. I haven't get my key yet...end of next month. I have been here for a month to learn from you all. So, from sourcing IDs and contractors till selection of materials, paints, furniture, accessories..i one man show...sian...I learnt something here >> next time i will select move in condition flat rather than reno cos i find that it takes up a lot of my times and it makes me bored sometimes cos no one to discuss except you all....btw, i have uploaded my floor plan quite some times ago to ask a question about how to do up the furniture layout...I can't seems find the link now...I dunno whether my posts gone after the forum upgraded last week...In case you have been wondering what is my floor plan layout look like, it is exactly same as yours... When you wanna upload your reno progress picture? Eager to see the outcome. Emobebe
