  6. initially my wife was tempting to get one since its promote healthy cooking of food but after much reading up and trial at their promoter booth at exhibition, we just find it over-claim of healthy cooking... they use technology similarly to oven or microwave oven so the types of food to be cook using the fryer is limited to seasoned or marinated food which is those frozen marinated meat in pre-prepared package you can bought from supermarket. in my opinion, the taste is not very sustainable... it may tastes crunchy initially like the normally fried food but after a while it gets dry and soft... similarly to what u cook using oven. in my opinion, not worth to buy...
  7. LED Downlights is different from LED ribbon lights (or called strip/rope lights) For all LED lights, you will need a driver (transformer or ballast) to light up the LED that is to convert AC power to DC power in order to light up the LEDs (they only use DC). Depending on the quality of driver they give you, it will depends how long it can "drive" (lights up) the LED ribbon lights. Dimming in LED is not cheap (ie. the dimable driver will be very expensive) and not all LEDs are dimable so you need to double confirm that. Hope it helps. My suggestion is to use T5 fluorescent lights for your wardrobe & kitchen cabinets. Much cheaper and "brighter" than LEDs. Replacement also cheap. Most lighting shops or lighting companies that does projects will have LED lights and 90% of the LED lights are from China.
  8. OptiLED is made in China but their quality for LED lights should be quite ok... that is why they dare to give long warranty. My company had used their LED lights for commercial projects before... Although much technology improvement is made for LED, the LED lights still have problems in "glare" so if you are not using it to replace general lightings, it is still fine.

  14. cove lights usually go for fluorescent tubes... if u want to save energy, go for T5 tubes which is slimmer, brighter, consume less energy, longer burning hours but slightly ex than normal T8 tubes... if u intend for more energy and willing to spend, u can follow me by doing dimming on the cove lightings using T5 tubes... but the cost for install dimming for T5 tubes is quite high but for long term, u can lengthen the tubes lifespan by control and dim it to 50% of its output...

  21. had an encounter with them before... did not leave a good impression on me... they are pushy in their sales tactic for the package deal even though i am looking for customised quotation... from the conversation, they don't seem to know much about ID even though they kept boosting that they had done many projects before but unable to show evidence when i asked they to show me any "real-life" photo of the completed project and not kept showing me 3D drawings...
