HHS as study? i think i would feel like i'm in jail if i had to study in such a room.

oh..hehe... so what did u say while burying it? so your package includes tiles, kitcehn cabinets and false ceiling. how abt for painting, install lights and such, is it separate costs?

hi mace, thanks for your reply. my fsm say my house chai wei is directly straight in front of the door that wall there. i'm glad to hear that i got a house good for us. *phew* hehe... no need to do much rectifications to the interior. initially i wanted to change mbr door position, now can retain, he say no problems (even though it is sort of door-to-door, but not totally aligned door-to-door). and he also said my bed can face the windows... i think its because it face my good direction? (i forgot to ask). he said, can put fishtank, but he has advised to place the tank in such a manner that acts like a partition (at the same place I chose). i'm not exactly thrilled with the idea but i guess i will follow... coz if don't follow then get fsm for what rite?

well...I think got to try to compare as close as possible apple-to-apple. for good location, there is a premium even for non-lift levels nonetheless. have to try to factor in everything and weigh the sums lor. alot to think abt and compare, whether the flat renovated or not. is there guarantee that govt. won't increase IUP/LUP when it comes to your turn to upgrade? probably no. my aunty that day complain that 3 mths ago, a pc of chicken thigh cost her $1.20, 1.5 mth ago, price increased to $1.50, and last sunday, it increase again to $1.70! quite scary hor?
