As there will be two generations under one roof, most themes such as open space kitchens/Scandinavian/minimalist are all forgone. The objective is to have a future-proofed functional living space, with lots of storage at best value price-tags. However, these are some ideas that I liked, which might be workable

Hi to all fellow "renovators", Thought i should try to blog on this somewhat harrowing experience. First of all, we were forced to move due to SERS/enbloc, to a seemingly smaller 4room flat, further from the neighbourhood central. This is the floorplan, typical of most new flats, except that you can walkthrough the common toilet to the rest of the flat. Our block is a mixture of 4 & 5 room flats and we got our keys around mid june and have to clearout by mid oct. With HDB counting down and budget constraints, I shortlisted three contractors that are often used amongst renotalkers. And we went with the one that we were most comfortable with.

I can get here if i go through renotalk main page, then t-blog chat/forum. hopefully my anti-virus is blocking whatever....

yes, if i google renotalk, cannot click to the result page. And even now my antivirus has popups that it stopped some web toolkit attacks...

Congrats! Your place is so nicely done up, looks like condo. Would like to see the Household shelter from another angle. is it a mirror covering it? (don't really understand the HHS feature wall from the photo. where is the door handle?) like your monster hunter pillow/bolster

Hi, I'm also from Casa. Now having aircon problem... Could you advise how your contractor got the Mitsubishi inverter sys 4 out of MBR aircon window? One aircon contractor insists that even Mitsubishi/Daikin sys 3 cannot go out of the window due to opening height....(mine is about 69cmH) I don't really want to get non-inverters or system 2 or other brands. Any info/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, just thought provide you with more info on mobile shredding. my company used Ez Shred (off-site is cheaper) service b4. But as jshome said, there is onsite shredding if you want to witness the shredding process. rate was minimum $50 for less than 100kg. But unsure if they serve residential customers.
