anyone bought from them? any reviews? they do customization of sofas, have a factory locally.

i think there are mixed reviews cos all using different IDs. had a good experience with mine so far.

no matter hw much the bank loan u wont affect yr reno amt yr contractor quote u... if u cant loan enough then u got to top it up.... so u still have to get the quotation first.... (:

u need the contractor quotation eh to apply for reno loan....

i guess its for a peace of mind to try to follow the auspicious timing etc.. for hse, i wont wanna think of engaging a geomancy cos it will really have a overall impact of the design of the hse..

i used him for my wedding stuffs. like the timings and etc.. overall experience was good. fast response when u sms, call or email him... quite a nice guy.

i heard abt the so called site coordinator. the id i spoke to actually told us beforehand. but most of his jobs he coordinates himself, so i guess its better.we want him to be the one that coordinate as well, cos sometimes we sign is becos can get along and click with the id, suddenly comes in another site manager... wah how to talk like that. make things more harder i guess...

hmm. for me i got a queen i think its sufficient le. king size the quilt cover etc all very ex lol. anyway if space allow and u prefer king then why not? im ok with queen and dun see the need for king.. 4rm bto new hse. (:

i got married in june. went honeymoon to usa west coast for f&e for ard 16 days. superb place. but most pple i think would recomend europe. i would prefer usa. at least language will be easier.. u can go california, places like san franscisco, los angeles, las ***, san diego, grand canyon...
