I have this with the motion sensor. IMHO it's not really that good. Stat up is slow and response is slow. I bought mine from Challenger but don't really find it useful .

My lock is working but does not auto bolt when I close. Manually turn bolt and use finger can open but the **** thing don't auto lock when I close the door. Can u do programming?

U can buy a tile bit to make a counter sunk hole or a diamond tip bid to do the same which will prevent cracking. But so far i drilled no cracking ... do not select hammer when initial drill and control your speed. Good Luck...

Everyone just wants to justify their purchases if you have the means, anything redundant will have purpose ... IMO whatever rocks your boat.

IMHO if no base then you sholg be pretty safe but if your floor has skirting then that area confirm without skirting.

Hi Sunnything, The Paint Smell is inevitable, I used ICI All in One also got smell. Thankfully your painter used either Nippon matex or ICI super maxilit, it would have caused more distress if they used some China brand or even more inferior paint. Re painting is not an option as it will cost $$$ and the Smell will also be there. Most new items in the house are prone to Gassing esp your spanking new mattress ( worst IMO)... Laminate / New Kitchen Cabinet / New Sofa etc. I would suggest you just air the house for a couple of days and imo Nippon matex or ICI super maxilite is not the worst paint money can buy. Your clearly Stressed about the New Baby and House. Take some time off to relax and try to stop stressing , it'll do you and your Baby Good.

Had a similar experience. Not the least bit helpful and the wait for installation is very long. Try Calling My Aircon Man Vincent 93873367 mention Sebastian Kai Siow. I'm sure he'll give you a good price and valuable suggestions on running piping etc. A++ workmanship and very competitive pricing. BTW I'm in no way affiliated with him... Just a Happy customer.
