    My Ang Mo Kio unit more than 30 years, ceiling height is 2.1m, very low. (with laminate flooring) Those planning for overlay of wood laminate over tiles have to add this into the measurement too ).

    Regarding the Celcon, how much did your contractor charge you for the extension and how many sqft did you extend out for the leveling ? I am now in the midst of waiting for approval of the leveling..... Thanks. Lee
