oh ya...just learnt a lesson today from other blogger here... just knew that this is called Rainbow Blind hahaha This caught my attention as walked past the shop this afternoon and decided to step in. It also amazed me that you can control the shade to allow the lights to enter or not..while the blind is down(ha i am so suaaaa-kuuu) Here is the automated blind displayed in the shop: I also went wah.... Any one knew the estimated cost for 03 bedrooms for such roller blinds? Any more comments on the maintenance? Easier to wipe than those kind of 1 pc roller blind?

It strikes me as i walked past this curtain shop this afternoon and i took a snap shot i found it nicer (than the usual roller blind) ..then after reading.. i am not sure if really easy for maintenance... hmmm I saw their shop having auto blind too! i was like gasp! (there's a remote by the side)

Hi! I also got a resale and decided to hack all tiles! COs i do not want later down the road..here crack there crack or find markings/spots here and there..i think i will go crazy..since you are doing the renov..might as well go all the way for it and choose yr own favourite tiles? At least i think you save the hassle now to hack it..better than regret later...just my tots...

Hi! i recently received the phamplet about gas heater from City Gas.. Was also puzzled if i should go for storage heater or gas heater..hence seek my ID's advise. She told me that Gas heater cannot be placed in the toilet as i am intending to box up my storage heater in the toilet. As for Gas heater needs to be placed in the Kitchen area..which for me....have space constraints as well and unsightly as i have quite a lot of capentry works (cabinets) too...so i dropped the idea of Gas heater... So i am thinking...perhaps it also depend whether you are ok with open concept heater or not..and also the placement of the heater area...

Mine was not installed yet..still in the hacking process.... Hmmm flush weak ah...im not sure if it's due to the level of floor you are staying? Meaning the pressure of water flow? There's a 10 yr warranty for the WC..but i cannot remember if it covers the flushing system...something like perhaps the internal flushing system spoilt....neeed to chk on that...

Gosh they used yr WC...if use also must use carefully (if really urgent need to pee pee)... but how can wee wee anyhow...faint.. i sure will hack them if they did this to my WC by the way i think we got the same WC ha

Hi Myap76, My renov will start on 20 Feb after Chinese New Year :)so can only advise further once the renov starts... Regarding your budget..i think the best is to check with Zann directly first as i will not know what and how you want to renov your house. You may also wish to select 2-3 IDS to compare around the quotations, then make your final decision. Secondly, you also need to have the 'mo qi' with the ID and feel comfortable with during the renov process. For me, i do not have the time to travel to JB, therefore went to search around toiletries items around Jalan Besar area and found this shop named Royal Fanco which i think price quite reasonable...you can also go take a look...the boss there is nice and knowledgeable. I never tried Tabao ha...cos i worried my items will go missing somewhere ha..

you have to psycho yrself thats the best piece you ever found, so worth it..dun think abt the price anymore hehe hmmm chair will peel off ah..but i think $110 for 1 chair really pricey sia...
