  15. Wow .. $40K for a 3rm is alot but the design is really very impressive and major work involved.. i think this one friendship price.. look like cost more than that... I think we both make a very good choice.. i pcs better that 2.. !!

Excellent..still got some hope.. wife cook quite often so the hood suction very important..get rid of smell and oil... thanks anyway..seen the Mistral one at Best denki as well but prefer the panasonic design.. Hi diva...no firm date given but have given id till end apr/early may.. hope everything run smooth smooth.. if not i id and wife me...
  17. Oh no.. mine is resale..30+ yrs unit..u can see at my t-blog..
  18. Hi vainpot.. if you are comfortable with the design and selection, things can be done quickly..just make sure of your selection..if not, will have headache later if need to change.. For aircon, you only will need to decide on the placement of the unit in each room..ID will need to input on the design restriction and they will also have to explaint how they run the trunking..so no homework required.. For electrical, you will need to do some homework to speed up the discussion..i.e, how many power socket, single or double and where to locate them in each room..taking into consideration the number of appliances, usage pattern, convenience etc. For lighting, have a general ideal on the common lights position.. Your ID and electrician will discuss on how to run the light bos, cove lighting.. You will also need to decide on the number of SCV and telephone point and location as well.. I did mine last night and it took 3 hours even with my advance planning.. will be fun and you will have a better ideal of the overall lighting effects.. enjoy and all the best..
  19. Allo..I got it for $320 at PJ..
  20. Had a long discussion with ID and Electrician for the electrical and lighting plan. Never expected that it will be so taxing.. but was interesting to see the chemistry Kelvin have with his electrician..they seems to know each other requirements.. I had requested to change the design of the light box/false ceiling in the living/dining room and to include island design for cove lighting.. Both of them sat down and very quickly, they managed to resolve the overall design and new electrical layout.. was very please with the outcome ... however, no final costing yet as the electrician will have to work it out.. will know soon.. look like going to lose weight again.. my wallet.. The only firm thing i know is that there are 10 x Double Power Sockets, 15 x Single Power Sockets, 4 x SCV Points, 1 x heater point and 1 x aircon point. I estimated that there are roughtly 42 lighting points..(not sure how they count so i just based it on the estimated number of lights that i need to buy). . is this the correct way to count? Will also have to get the heater within this 2 day as the plumber will complete the job by friday. I am not using storage type as the shower area is too small.. so need an instand heater.. There are so many brands available and the lady at PJ recommende one called 777..have not heard of it before. Thinking of getting this: Panasonic DB3BD2S.. It comes with electronic temp control and LCD display.. Anyone using this or got better recommendation?

Living/Dining Room Can't take photo of kitchen as no light..
