    Pardon me trying to understand the extra freight charges. Did your TB agent or seller charged you the additional domestic freight fees? As far as I know, the domestic fees are stated by the seller before you check out. Appreciate your clarification.

    Seen quite a few industrial homes, started with industrial look in mind but mostly ended up off-theme, other than having the brick wall and a metal clock, there was almost nothing industrial about those homes. But THIS home looks really promising, it brings the industrial look to a new level, love the bold ideas. Looking forward to see more progress here. Great stuffs!

    Hi Scandipenguin, Your house is making great progress! I have the same floorplan as yours and I'm going for the same style too. Is yours a premium flat that comes with flooring? If yes, are you doing an overlay? Could you share your kompactop cost?

    Hey greglhc thanks for sending the ID/contractor contact. I noticed you chose to overlay instead of hacking your floor. I heard this might caused uneven surface if the original flooring is not completely flat, and the extra layer may obstruct the doors from closing properly. Did you encountered any of such issues? Mine is a premium flat and it comes with reflective homogeneous tiles which don't fit the industrial look I want to create, that's why I'm seeking your advice. Thanks!

    Lovely and tasteful home! Cement screed's problematic nature is a common worries for industrial look seekers. You solved it by using tiles that look like cement screed, and I must say it works incredibly well for you. The black framed glass panels go well with the theme too. I'm a fan of industrial theme and i'm inspired by your home, is it possible to share the quotation with me?

    Anyone heard of this? It's a 2 in 1 door which you only need to open 1 lock instead of 2 when you enter your house. The price stated on their fb is $2k for a unit, is it too pricey? What is the cost of a typical door?

    Hi, your home is very nicely done. I noticed your kitchen floor is using cement screed, I like the industrial feel it gives but I'm wondering does it gives a lot of problems, eg. dusty, cracks,. Did you get your contractor to apply a layer of epoxy resin on it to make it look glossy?
