u can get it from Ikea, but the installers recommended from Ikea, quite expensive if you compare the quotation u get from laminate companies in Expo, it's good to DIY however it's not an easy job to install by yourself espcially u dun have the equipment , why dun u get the service from ID /contractors or Laminate Floors experrt....just two cents... since all is fully furnished, why u want to go for laminate flooring unless u dun like the current timber flooring, some how u can discuss with ur ID or contractor if u want to go for laminate flooring, .....decisions is yours, p/s: from my point of view, i dun think u need to waste for extra money to get the laminate flooring since all is done

are u referring to Marble, TIles or Solid Wood/ parquet?? pls specify so that i can help u..

i dealt with Supreme Floors before, so far they never fade up my expectations,however must look into the details before u put on dots.... Majority laminate flooring came from China, no matter Pergo nor Berry Floors, those european brands..really come from Europe ?? really must think twice..what actually are we looking for, Brand or pricing, maybe both important, however sales after service and whether the company nor brand is reputable or not, that's the important...i get myself Tropical Hardwood from Supreme for my rooms so far never encounter any problems,however must based the how skillful and experience the installers,..

this is due to acid wash by contractor after the completion of job, u can try to use Kiwi (black colour used to polish leather shoes) and applied on the surface of black tiles, it can minimise the situation..Good luck

those young ppl who working inside never ever been in this line, part of this ALL MALAYSIANS in the age of twenties doing sales talk like doing direct sales....sales talk considered professional however in terms of techincal wise ..considered inexperience, lack of sense of responsible , either blame or push the mistakes to the suppliers /sub-cons...imaging who is helping them to take care the matter.....worked with them before, i can expressed my feeling,HEADACHE....so called promotion package ...do you guys think that it's really worth for it...if comparison with other renovation firms at Tradehub 21 or IMM, their quotation considered the chepest with the the quality considered....what do u think........ always remember GOOD THING NOT SO CHEAP, CHEAP THING NOT SO GOOD............ IF YOU considered a wise ppl, pretty sure that u will see the difference............

Depends............no 100% guaranteed that is bad...some of tiles shop also encounter with this problems..sometimes depends on your luck and how sincere and responsible of your contractor esp knowledge towards to the product. IF i were you, i would rather go for matt finished tiles then so called anti-stain homo tiles as this is very new in the market...so called anti-stain...just add in the wax during the production of tiles......there are too many of tiles factory in CHINA ...so called anti-stain...what's th definitnation ..............

Firstly, the $2.50 sqft is quoted for which area ? Living floor, Kitchen floor or Toilet floor or Wall Tiles ??? no detailed infro given as hard to let you know. Homogeneous is thinker than ceramic and normally ppl use homogenenous for flooring rather than on wall while majority ceramic is used on wall. Depending on which area are u referring to?? if you using Homogenous tiles for living floor, $3.00 above considered a good rate tiles while below $3 is considered normal homogenous tiles (glossy) as it is easy attrac the stain after a while ..maybe 6 months or a year later on...depending on your maintainace as welll

Smelly fishy in this forum espcially this two persons, Jausa Ceramic just start operation less than a year while the concept of tiles not even comparable to Soon Bee Huat, Hafary & Lian Seng Hin.............Wide of range for selection v?????????????

there are lots of brands for laminate flooring, u can have more comparison and see how's the diffrent...SUPREME is another good brand in the market as well and normally $4.00-$5.00 per sqft in the market rate....do let me know if you want more info..............

Tulips, EF hobs, flame as same like others, if you want with big fire flame, u can try RINNAI (Triple fire rings) or Fujioh (inner Flame on the right side)........ I seldom recommend EF brand HOB & HOOD as their service is SUCK !!!!! EF is the distributor from CASA while they also carry other brands like ARISTON & ELBA...their service part fall me and disappointed me.....inefficient in problem solving...need to argue with them ...................just a piece of advice........

old days those renovator knowns as contractors however when time changes they will update themselved with title like SALES DESIGNER /INTERIOR CONSULTANT......does it really important..for instant, normall we address those ppl doing sales as salesman however now title changed to SALES EXECUTIVE /SALES CONSULTANT and they try to revamp to make it more professional....does it really important.....??????????? what i can share with u.........., reputation professionalism, responsibility & sales after service is very importamt in renovation like.....nowadays interior firms or contractors also know how to do the design...just engage with interior designer for them to come out with the idea....so long as the design is look alike .............some young designers they still in the learning stage or some experienced designers even worse...know nothing but sales talk is their pro.... no harm to share with u.....pm me if you want to get an experienced designer with interior design based, i do know some of them...

i would like to say that SHE (ZANN LOO) is a responsible person and talented interior designer......so far never let disappointed her customers .......only recently she n her ex-boss encountered some problems while the boss try to sabotage her reputation............
