If i am not wrong it should be a Condo unit. Have a friend staying at Esperia who have similar concept which I really love it

For the flooring to be same level you got 2 method i think : 1.using of concrete but permit will need to apply through HDB (May not be able to) 2. using wooden platform which do not need any permit and cheaper. You have similar floor plan as mine. Although I don have the exact figure but I think it will cost you around 30+K for the whole renovation. Good luck and wish you a smooth Reno

A Poor Man's Budget Home

You can get those botless from some hardware shop. They sell in standard size and you can fix them up yourself, need to self collect too. I think i got mine for around $140 - 0.9m (L) x 0.6m (W) x 1.8m (H) (*A bit forgot on the sizing but shd be similar to this) -
Thank you. I will upload the pictures and post up. Was thinking of showing the full completed pic after all is done.

Please check your PM. Ty

Its actually normal sizing and not that hard to pull and extend out. Shipping was not that expensive as they compact pack but you will need to install the parts though. Sorry I forgot how much was the shipping cost and I have a lot of other items too thus unable to advise.

Thanks a lot for the information. Will call and check later.

The lumio book lamp really looks great Too bad the pricing is too high else I will consider to get it. Whole renovation is nicely done, shoe cabinet is really unique (*However I never see any men's shoes, where did you store them... LoL ~ )- 218 replies

I think most importantly is see in Real life. For my limited skills in photography, the metal gate which my ID did is much nicer in real life. (*Note : I did doubt when he show me the pictures by drawing and also the fabricating stage, including when it was on the lorry delivering to my house)

You can buy those Stainless Steel protector from those DIY shop and apply. It will prevent the rust but I am not sure how often you need to do it though. Hope this help

Went to try Getha bed previously and found it to be comfy, however the pricing for the bed frame is too expensive.
