Thanks for the link but I am still more inclined to floor tiles for the whole housing. I like the window grills, simple and easy to maintain ^^ Just like to check the window (Panels) are in original state or you purposely redo it like the vintage style of HDB

Just to check what is the speed difference by using cable and those electrical plug that act as LAN ports ? Was thinking of minimizing cable running in the house and my friend suggest I go with the Electrical LAN ports

Love the table design. Very practical and easy to maintain from what I see. Another table that caught my eye is at my friend's house, the side can fold up to be extension and its hydraulic (If I am not wrong). Only down side that its glass and I am not a fan of wiping table regularly

Anyway its good to supervise the renovation whenever you can. Although its very taxing and tiring, I believe during renovation the least needed is to check on the progress of the renovation daily during night after work. Unless you are lucky like my brother who have a very responsible ID and keep update to you regularly, however of cause it comes with a PRICE (*just my 2 cents worth)

ahhboi : congrats on the 4 room. For my case I will hack the Bedroom 3 to be with the MBR by using glass panel separation, making it to be a walk in wardrobe (If you have lots of clothes and etc) or half study and wardrobe type. This will allow you to have a spacious MBR which you can place your TV console and etc. For TaoBao I am not really familiarize but I did go through a website pazar8.com to get my small stuff and dart set in the past which i find their service is quite good. Just my 2 cents worth and hope it helps.

This is what happen to my friend's house too previously, he bought a whole set but yet the person who fix it did not use those connector and etc, causing quite a lot of problems. Best part about it when you check with them, they can tell you in the face like they are not in the wrong that he think its the same and been using those for a long time ...

Initially i also wanted to save the flooring but somehow it don really feels right when walking on it (maybe due to the grout issue - will address it again when i get the house), don really like laminate flooring but thanks for the suggestion. Yap the whole house is full of different bright colors, however i prefer uniform tone of cozy kind. Think the house got renovated 5 years ago, however at least painting and consealing of wires & pipes must do ...

You should start one. A lot of friendly people will give advise like me getting it now (Not to forget some others who read it may get some ideas and you will be helping others ^^ ) If bathroom is already done, then no pt spending extra on it (*Not to forget I love to see people renovation pics )

Was clearing my CPU folder and found the Evaluation Report which have 4 pictures inside. Cut the picture out and share the current house look. Living Room (From Kitchen Door) Kitchen (From Kitchen Door) Bathroom (From Kitchen) MBR (From MBR Door) Any feedback or suggestion based on the above pictures ? Actually I did not really want to do the whole house but the homogeneous tiles flooring don seem to be able to be rework thus might as well do everything I feel.
