Hey neighbours, I just discover that my study room have water seepage problem too, we only found out when we saw this slight bulge on the wall and went to press it, spolit my painting, *heartache*, luckily not at my wallpaper side... Now raining heavily, dunno will discover more places anot, so worried.. Den now mine renovated liao, still can go to the contractor to ask them rectify from outside?

msbean, dun like that say leh, i finished my reno liao and moved in liao, luckily till now nothing pop out yet, but my HDB given shower head at my MBR spolit liao and also i discovered hairline cracks appearing at my painted walls.. Sian.. Really lousy leh.. Now i so **** regret last time never hack the kitchen tiles.. All my kitchen tiles very dirty, the grout lines are so dirty, tried everything but just can't remove.. The lines is BLACK lor, not brown or dark brown, but BLACK!

I already filled my exisiting floors already, but the more i make, it seems not so nice, so i dun dare make liao.. I have the whole big bag of white cement powder, anyone need let me know.. By the way, the grout line at the kitchen is beige color, not white color... I think i will go to the 27B there seek for help, the most pay abitbit, cant stand the different color lines.. hee...

No no, its the kitchen one that is very dirty, one whole line of dirty grout, then the grout line on our kitchen floor, if I am not wrong, is brown color, not the white color type used on the homo tiles.. And I tried all methods, now i need to source and try for the metal brush.. hahaha.. I will try out and let you pple know.. Some of my exisiting homo tiles grout line also very dirty.. But sometimes when i mop the floor, i managed to clean some of the grout line..

One question to side track abit, anyone here have the problem of dirty grout lines on the kitchen floor? It seems like the grout line on my homo tiles is getting dirtier also.. Is this normal for homo tiles??? I am nearly mopping the floor everyday already..

For F&P fridge, unless you are a very low consumption user, meaning u dun open your fridge often, its very energy saving, but if you cooked alot or always open and close your fridge, F&P is not that energy saving anymore, ended up, i took my mum's advise and got a mitsubishi fridge, since for the past 13 years we have been using the same mitsubishi fridge..

Hi everyone, Happy New Year! We didn't have any internet connection as well.. But for us, is becos we haven't apply.. Bur very soon will have our cable tv activated.. !! We did cooked quite abit but the heat on the solid surface was still ok.. But I find the hood was very hot when we on it during cooking.. Is that normal also?? We also used the oven to bake some pineapple tarts and the wood around the oven area were quite hot and we opened the drawers and cabinet to let the hot air escape..

Soooo good, mine have wind, but little bit only and i find opening the windows will make the house very dusty, so i closed mine.. Probably bcos u guys at high floors ba, so will be cooler...

Xlan, i share the same view as u.. Cos last time i only clean my own room, now, have to clean the whole house, so tiring and also cleaning doesn't end.. I just move in 1 week, my brother says i look so haggard!! Faint...
