hey pple..(those who reno is gg to start already) remember to: - Buy indoor self lock (for ur contractor to drill hole and fix at the back of your main door). - Buy door stopper (those that can drill hole at the back of the main door also. there are 2 types in the market. 1 type is using magnet. the other type is using leg, step on the stopper to push the rubber down. step again to pull the rubber up) - Buy DIY metal hanger for you to hang ur clothes to air it behind your bedroom doors. It can be fix on ur door or on the wall. fixing on the wall is better cant think of others, will post up more when i think of more. above are minor matters,but its better if u get it soon when u see it.

hi cyprusblade, now i remember already, mine also $150/ft for a bigger piece without joint. hmmm i think the price is reasonable: $90/ft for the smaller one $150/ft for the bigger one should be fine. if i were u, i will chose the bigger piece cos i dont want to see too many joints

(paper comparison, didnt compare quality, others pls dont flame me =)) . Frontier is granite top,the others are solid top A rough guide, granite top cost $20-$30/ft more than solid top Jacky correct me if i am wrong? Bamboo is cheaper, lighter weight Metal poles 3-4times more expensive (i bought mine at $8/piece). its heavier weight. looks more elegant !!

hi km8, take note of the L-sofa..it may be blocked by the "black" wall behind,thus leaving some gap between the sofa and the wall your layout is almost same as mine, but urs is a 100% improved version

yaah jack! i guess u r right, thats what i told my wife also.. i even place my ear v near the pipes outside the gas/water room outside our hse. its from the pipe.. we are abt to inform the town council last week. then the noise disappear already at my unit. now becomes another unit/blk heh u scare me instead..i was typing and hair stand..then i saw jacky's post and reminds me that wat he say is true.. lucky jacky come to rescue (my hair dont stand already) lol

ya the sound travelled to another blk already (duno whether is it to another blk or another unit, cos i dont hear it anymore. its another blk/unit) i can hear the sound from top floor (squee sound..then become loud sound "gronk gronk gronk" at the bottom). every 15mins interval can hear it once. at first i thought pple renovating, thus so loud sound travel from top to bottom floor. but! even at night 10pm+ also can hear...duno how to explain also anyone hear it also?
