i'm staying @ anchorvale road too.. hmm.. Bus 88 dun passby fernvale.. LRT (west loop) & Bus 163 does.. yah~ nxt time can meet up for prata sessioN~ Bus 163 directly to Toa payoh interchange.. depend on traffic condition.. 30min to 40min.. but not from interchange.. It from Anchorvale Road. (TongKang LRT) there.. Ya.. i think if peak hour ah~ bus journey will be kinda long.. but for normal timing.. i ever reach back home from Toa payoh Hub in less than 30min~ which blk are u staying @ ? got Bus 163 there? I'm staying @ 308~ Hmm... actually there's 2 coffeeshop @ Anchorvale.. One @ 303, another @ 308.. The fernvale pic not taken by ahnah... =p But if he took the bus from bus interchange is very long journey.. cos the bus still pass by rivervale, compassvale den anchorvale..

Hi, i'm wondering if anyone can highlight me on this.. As most of u know monthly income for owning a 3 room flat muz not exceed 3k.. Our was a BTO project.. So when we selected our unit.. We declared having 3k combined income.. But when the flat is ready we are having 1.3k increment.. and is the renovation loan up to 6 times our salary? If yes.. what is the amount i can loan based on? The 3k we declared? Or after the increment? TIA!

mine oso 3 room only.. dun think can fit in =X @ the moment.. our planning is not having a dining table @ all.. yr 67sqm in the inner space or whole unit? Our was quoted like 70sqm but inner only 66sqm. =X

Think I'm one of the luckier too.. Now - Bus 163 > 5 bus stop (7min) > Walk to office @ Seletar West. When move to Fernvale. Bus 163 > 3 bus stop (5min) > Walk to office @ Seletar West. Yeap yeap~ Our new home @ FG is only 2 bus stop away from current home so think nuttin much will change... =D oic~

Fernvale point very much like rivervale plaza but is in smaller size.. with KOU FU foodcourt, optical shop, mini mart, fruit stall, LAN shop, bakery, ATM, AXS, SAM machines. =D Yes. cos most of us from that forum~ Yah~ u're right~ 2nd level is a carpark~ I agreed~ I think he refering to this 2 place sound like the same concept.

wun lah ahnah~ our blk is juz beside fernvale LRT, infront is Fernvale point. den Bus 163 juz cross the road, 3 bus stop to work... kakax~! Anyway still got agar 2 years more.. By then think even better liaox~ tat right~! I think fernvale now is even better than the year 2000 SK.. Somemore we stayed in anchorvale, i remember i walk from anchorvale until rivervale plaza juz for bus 88 to the MRT.. !!

SK is no longer that ulu.. I've been staying in SK since 2000. That time was even worse.. Now with LRT, MRT & Buses. To north or east or even town is very easy.
