Hi, very new in lightings. Currently hall go 3 X 36 PLL ceiling lights. After 3 mths, 2 blow out. Got the supplier to change free. Now this same 2 blow out again. Sian liao Though of changing to track light with energy savings lamp ....like those er... tornado. Don't tell me to use LED, cos don't wanna spent too much. I intend to stay this hse for another 3 yrs only. Any recommendation of lightings model number or shops. My previous light bought at lightings.com.sg . Don't want to use them TIA

The building that HDB built do not belong to HDB, HDB lease them from SLA, they are state land. For Private, land also lease from MND(URA). HDB only take care to building developement. SLA profits goes to President (SR Nathan)reserves. URA goes to govt or Tembusu Holdings ot GLC.
