  8. Hi, very new in lightings. Currently hall go 3 X 36 PLL ceiling lights. After 3 mths, 2 blow out. Got the supplier to change free. Now this same 2 blow out again. Sian liao Though of changing to track light with energy savings lamp ....like those er... tornado. Don't tell me to use LED, cos don't wanna spent too much. I intend to stay this hse for another 3 yrs only. Any recommendation of lightings model number or shops. My previous light bought at lightings.com.sg . Don't want to use them TIA
  9. The building that HDB built do not belong to HDB, HDB lease them from SLA, they are state land. For Private, land also lease from MND(URA). HDB only take care to building developement. SLA profits goes to President (SR Nathan)reserves. URA goes to govt or Tembusu Holdings ot GLC.

  12. That 10%, If I am not wrong will be kept by HDB, will be use to offset against buyer cash 2 wks before completion. Also, base on yr cal, buyer use cash 157 ? strange. COV = 100k, cash confirm. But if buyer use HDB loan or get grant to offset 5% DP. Max only 100K. If buyer cannot fork out this cash in time, due to timing, he may opt for bank loan. Buyer take hdb/bank loan, seller cannot interfere.
  13. My neighbour got 12 cats, around 15 ppl stay in 4 rm flat. Their laundry hang on corridor. Sometimes, they come out to smell their clothing, cos they wanna wear them again so no need to fold. I buy those washable floor mat, cos cat pee on them. Other than that, they are quite gentle.

  18. If you were to visit Vhive. You will notice that there are 2 series, Belgium & Germany. Can't remember, one of the series are more expensive due to the depth. WHY ? because for European, they keep a lot of Big Winter Jacket, thus need more depth

All Car Owner, Useful information for you to take note: LTA has contracted six traffic wardens from a private company at $34,000 a year to take down the license plate number, make and colour of vehicles that intrude into bus lanes at peak hours. (They are incognito with camera in hands, so don't expect to see a TP, etc) Note:- you can get fined $130 for dropping someone off at or near the bus stop. LTA has intensified their operations at the following : (1) Jurong Town Hall Rd (2) Eunos Link (3) Orchard Rd (4) Lorong Chuan (5) Hougang Ave 3 (6) Upper Serangoon Rd (7) Upper Thomson Rd (8) Yishun Ave 2 + In addition + Additional spots where speed traps were seen: (1) PIE towards airport near Toa Payoh exit, tripod mounted speed camera at the pedestrian overhead bridge. 90km/h (2) PIE towards Jurong near Adam road exit, tripod mounted speed camera over at Adam Road flyover. 90km/h (3) Braddell Road after Bishan Junction towards CTE, tripod mounted speed camera at the pedestrian overhead bridge. 60/kmh (4) Queensway towards Bukit Merah, tripod mounted speed camera under tree before Ridout McDonalds.. 60km/h (5) Spot along Upper Bukit Timah Rd towards Woodlands Rd , tripod mounted speed camera under tree after a curve turn - 60km/h. Fine imposed is $170 and 8 demerit points.
