No money to buy new dining sets. Wood structure still looks good. Cushion seats a little bit stain. Don't like those add on cushion seat. Anyone with contacts for this kind of job. Willing to dismantle cushion seat and bring it to the shop. Thanks in advance.

I agree with Gendon, HDB door are very good. Just add wood trimming $30 of yr own design choice.

As Genesis says ... nobody wants old aircon, cos they must get people to install them. Trade in for yr new ones ( rebate ) . Most dealers re export old ones to undevelop countries.

Totally agree with deepakvali .... Factory can produce the best workmanship. But end to the day, the way the worker transport and assembled the unit really makes the difference ... Actually check the modular unit upon arrival, very good condition. However, the final assembly was not done properly. Had to get them down again to touch up again. Some of these workers atitude was .... they laze around, chat ... but when they get to work, they just rush the work ... After assemble, they laze around again ... as if trying to get overtime wages.

Heard of trail run/pilot run sets ? These are small numbers of sets run prior to mass production. Wonder how do these guys manage them ? Any ideas Also those End of life / obsolete model .

No lah... Just off the main switch, ....very important. Go up there ... remove 2 screw from the body ( between fan & light ) There is a shaft holding the light fitting. Unscrew the shaft .... Next .. all wire are with connector, slightly unscrew a bit and wire comes off.. Actually take out the whole light fitting lah ..... Remove bulb 1 minutes only... this one around 4 minutes Take a screw driver with ladder...go & see lah ... very easy

Yap, I took away the lighting part, luckily I still kept the the cover. Just off the main switch, unscrew the shaft, disconnect the wire and cover back. I took away the lights as they are very dusty, Luckily, I have plan other lighting point during my reno. Oh, by the way, save up the bulbs ,,, still can use .

Cannot swim also can go to visit the island. U can't swim along Krabi beach .. may have jellyfish But the island are beautiful, cannot swim never mind, got life jacket, must make sure they are tight before jump in to the sea with yr friends. My 6 yrs son go snorkling with me also. He is bronze medal only. Others, elephant riding, spring spa ( Krabi ) You can miss the Krabi town, nothing much there. Most things can be bought there, real cheap cos now low season. Massage are cheap $10 ~ $12 I order room service ($16). But don't expect much. More of stretching yr body. Spa massage service may be relatively better. ( Never try cos no time ) They will do hotel transfer to the spa. But u try lah. Some Ex, some cheap. My only concern is the monsoon season rain. cannot go out street shopping, island hopping, day tour. Only stay in Hotel or massage. Good luck .. Oh, if u can ride motorbike, u can try to rent one too..

For me ... not sure ... I will not concealed the wire. What if I need to upgrade my set. This wiring problem will be happen again. It is ok for me to just put all 5 speakers in front.

Monsoon - June through October... This price of this place not effected by school holidays but the monsoon. Was there during the school holiday. Air ticket 770 , hotel + transfer + bf (3 nites) 870 ...all for 6 ppl Europeans pack the place Nov ~ Apr ... (High season) Silk air also go to Krabi .... To get good rates, go online Tiger to get the cheapest day of travel. Then proceed for the hotel booking ( so many resort there ... )

Firstly, August is monsoon season... means raining & sea is choppy. Place famous for beach island ( Phi Phi Island ) don't swim can see only loh. Cannot scuba dive. Krabi all cahrges very cheap ... don't worry Hotel try , La Playa ( Own by Singaporean ) stay 2 free 1 nite 3 night stay with breakfast , tigerairways ... around SGD 250 only Koh Samui not affect by the monsoon, but slightly more Ex.

Maple colour marker may not be able to colour black line ( lamins base colour ) Not sure .... can still try ... better use oil base type
