We bought from Seahorse. Hmm eventually we didn't use the storage to store anything.

My Samsung 2 door side by side fridge with water and ice dispenser can't even last for 2 years.Hmm i also don't really believe the energy efficiency ticks...Best is ask around and see which brand is the best.

Bought our first sofa from Furniture Club, the design was so stylist but the leather started cracking, peeling and flaking after 2 years. Next we changed to Seahorse leather sofa, 5 years already, so far so good. Most probably our next sofa will be from seahorse too...

I would recommend Mitsubishi Folio series if budget allow. My first fridge was Samsung, two doors side by side with ice and water dispenser, cannot last more than years. After that, due to budget constraint, we bought a Toshiba 5 doors, with two separate freezer compartment at the bottom, one freezer compartment reserve for breast milk at least don't need to mix with frozen meat, almost similar to Mitsubishi baby folio. So far this Toshiba is still working well, after shifting house with us 2 times. And in another few months time, we gonna shift again.

Sounds like a very good deal if all reno below 40K.
