Hmmm....I went last night talking to one id. The price...abit pricy but was told he quote high end for granite tiles in case we really choose one which is around the range. Might give artsntots a miss. Already over my budget.

Oh...... I went to delta house.... Twice I went there already. Now, he requote again as I want this and that! Very nive guy (Assistance sales manager). He asked me to look for other contractors also to compare. Give me some tips also..... Price is within my budget. But not sure the worksmanship. That is the hardest part. (worksmanship) Just like gambling.....

After the 7th lunar month, another contractor will be starting soon at blk25a. I will let you know so everybody can go and take a look and compare...

Thanks everybody. In fact he keeps on telling me his boss will give me $1000 vochers (3 units) each, and cement going to increase lah.... But I dont want to commit with him lah. If really cement increase, then increase loh. What to do right? Thanks!

Hi BULLET Many many thanks for the solution in wiping our the stain in the granite. It worth the try if really got stain and cannot be remove. Wow I really learn alot from BULLET. Once again, thanks!! One more thing to ask you; Why a same granite tiles (same code), cost is different? I mean $3.80, $3.50, $4.00, $6.00???? Can I strongly say that due to the left over or due to ex-stock? And $6 are those just import to spore? I mean new stock?

Hi RED For what I know (talking to auntie and uncle and ah pek ah mah, they told me actually before they build the flat, they need to pump the metal into the soil. They did that many many months cos the soil is very soft. And half way, I think it was stop...dont know what reason. But for what I know, the pumping of metal into the ground takes up quite alot of time. Thus the delay. I dont know whether it is true or not. That is what I heard from ah pek and ah mah. Omg, I seem to be like uncle liao if keep on mixing with ah mah and ah pek. (my area lots of old pple lah). I do have many photos on the constructions, but too many cds, never write down the contents, have to search..... Hope you all enjoys.... I thought my having my blog here......so that I can post my present house follow by construction of new house follow by viewing of units....how you think???

You will not be able to change position and you will feel tire of looking at the same design and features for many years. So it is bette if you can buy one at imm shop, at least can change position here and there. My view lah.

If you are not in the rush, then let them take their time. For my case, some dont even call back. Some say call you next week, but then also never call. I just kiv them lah. Just take our time to carefully choose.

Oh that is terrible! Sorry to hear that! I think it already suck inside the granite! The only way is to ask him what should he do. Maybe (I think so), hold back the balance first. Tell him that they must do something.... And the only way (it is tedious) is to ask the shop owner how to remove oil stain from granite.
