  1. Hi t-bloggers! Need some recommendation & help... Vacuum Any recommendation for cordless handheld vacuum? Is there any such handheld vacuum that comes with steam-mop function? Stainless Steel Sink We loveee our stainless steel Blanco sink when we bought it / unused... so pretty & shiny! BUT of course we started using it... and the water stains made it so ugly I tried using baking soda + white vinegar to clean it. It looked better but not 100% shiny/spotless ><" Any tips that you guys have used & works?

  6. Nestlé Dolce Gusto Mini-Me Received this housewarming gift from my cousins, and we totally loved it! We had plans to buy a DeLonghi Espresso machine. I'm so glad we haven't buy it and received this instead! It's a great coffee machine for a quick caffaine fix on weekends...and the drinks all came out looking like those you bought in cafes for $6-9/glass
  7. Forget which blk she's in... haha. Told me many months ago.
  8. Hello angeljas! I believe you are in the same project as one of my close friend. She told me they have a problem no.4: window inside MBR facing the aircon ledge. We are using the same ID, and the ID manage to help solve this problem. Her dining area should be similar to the one in your moodboard (i haven't go to her house yet! will visit her place end of March ) As for common bath, I suggest it's better not to do shower screen. It will cramp up the place even more. Common bathroom are usually use to fill pails to mop floor or wash things... so it's easier to do it without shower screen
  9. Hello nextstep! Congrats on finally moved in le! Your place looks cozy cozy! Waiting for more photos! Anyway, advance HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR to you!

  11. Thanks Luxexplorer! It's actually a 3 x 2 seater hehehe. We are very blessed with this very spacious floorplan, having the household shelter inside the kitchen area The fan is actually an air-circulator. Works well for just the 2 of us since it does not rotate haha. It's pretty powerful too! Brand: MISTRAL

  20. Hello alprakas! Can't wait to see your WIW + studies idea come alive! Initially, my hubby & I had a similar idea of doing 1/2 WIW + 1/2 studies to our bedroom2 & combine it to our MBR. The study room will only be accessible through MBR, which seems to gives so much feel of serenity~ But we didn't do it in the end as we want to keep the bedroom2 in case we need it next time. Looking forward to your updates!
  21. TV Bracket This topic on tv bracket came up in our neighborhood FB page. So thought I'll share about our adjustable TV mounting bracket here as well When we buy our LG tv, it came with a complimentary fixed wall-mount bracket + installation. However, they have an option to upgrade to an adjustable one. The sales person only tell us we need to top-up $$$ without explaining the worth of it. So we of course said "nah... the free one fixed bracket will do..." TV mounting service & bracket is provided by LG's agent directly. On the day of installation, the guys were ready to proceed to do the fixed bracket wall mount for us. However, one of them (more senior & looked experienced) told us more about the adjustable bracket. He explain the full good purpose of it, such as... beside being able to adjust the tv angles (e.g. towards dining table), the adjustable bracket could be pulled-out and push-back. This will be easier to plug/unplug any cables when we needed to, or when we want to clean that part of the feature wall. The fixed bracket, on the other hand, is just a hook-on...so it's actually quite dangerous to tilt the TV if we need to plug/unplug cables. It might fall off the hook. :S It's also not convenient to unhook the whole tv just to plug/unplug cables. (but fixed bracket will works fine for smaller TV... we use it for our 32" tv in the bedroom). So we last minute change our mind and change it to an adjustable bracket! Thank God they have extra stock in their van! Been using it for >1 month now. Really useful when the hubby is connecting cables to/from DVD player/soundbar/xBox/whatever. Totally made the right decision to upgrade! Here's how it looks like...
