Hi Vicki, I have yet to engage him as I will be meeting him again this sat. After meeting so many IDs, he is definitely 1 of those I will shortlist before making a final decision.

I met Terence before at his showroom. His company provides value added services to their clients including weekly report, and printing out the colour of the paint to be used and where etc.. Until u met some 1 from his company or Terence himself then you would actually understand the extend they go for their clients. Terence is a direct, no-bull shyt person who tells u what cannot be done according to HDB rules. He admitted he isn't a "YES" man which I totally agrees. His portfolio is pretty impressive and some of the things he would actually allow u to work with his electricians or window supplier directly to cut cost for the client. Definitely worth a meet-up with Terence or his company staff if you prefer a real dedicated ID.

I was told some chemical adhesive is sufficient? Getting mixed answer now, any other opinions?

Edmund Lee from design4space is really very good. I am in the midst of shortlisting my IDs and he is definitely 1 of the top 3 among the 20 IDs that I have met currently. His price is also 1 of the lowest and you can always text him for advices. Met him at his showroom at lavender and is really well decorated. Hi all for the help. As for item 6, I actually separate my kitchen into wet and dry area, Hence the length is longer complained to typical door width. Not sure if that result in increase cost? The kitchen cabinet costing actually include the 2ft tall unit, will that quote be acceptable or still overpriced? I believe the vanity cabinet with quartz cover is a good bargain, so far it seem to be the cheapest around? Anyone has any idea regarding the cost of a 8.5ft bed-head? I am getting weird quote for that like $1900 and another $2400 with 10ft ledge? Need a better and clear price instead? How much is a 5ft island with kompac-top cost? If it include storage, how much additional will it cost?
