most likely custom made..Those ready made are kinda standard colours.. If you want a different kinda colours to match your theme, you definitely have to custom make.. check out forumers blog..some of them has custom made altars.. cheers.........

Wah porkypig, u really went through! Guess we are lucky to have an architect friend who is super detailed. She has a good designer partner too. Hmm, must say the renovation costs us a bomb. It is a choice between having an expensive resale flat or to do a renovation that will last for a loooonnnggg time for us Yup..it is interesting to go thru reno blog..nice to see different things and ideas. Bad days to good days..But i hv to say your reno blog is very nicely done up.. And if i am not mistaken, for the w/m to be placed there. The copper pipes actually went up the false ceiling and.......... finally @ that location?? Great job and the both of you can start to njoy your fruits of labour..

..i went through your blog.. very detailed renovation work from edge straightner to wall plastering to hidden trunkings and many many plugs.. good job done May i know how much is the renovation cost?

if i am not wrong, yours is a 90sqm? most likely the kitchen space is eaten by the service yard area. I reckon HDB thinks that service yard is part of the kitchen.. The drop in the common toilet is rather an awakard one..Don't know the contractor/Id will rip you off or not..

Hi, I have mine done @ MGL curtain @ Eminent Plaza(opp PJ) Served by a lady and able to propose alot of ideas/colour 1) Roman blind for a/c ledge window 2) Curtains only for living room 3) Roller blinds for 2 BRs (both different materials, one total blackout and the other lights can come in but can't see what we are doing inside) 4) Curtains with blackout for MBR All for $1K... some ppl commented cheap and some say EX...

Get them to install double tracks in case you need to add in day curtains in the near future.. Shld be @ no extra cost... coz i did the same to mine...

since you have the idea and design, why not get contractor directly and save the $$ on ID?? Must try to source for more.. Even if this contractor reduces his quotation to suit your budget, and if you have any more additionals or amendments after you have signed on the dotted line, he will sure to "carrot" you back lor... Then probably you have to give in or look for another contractor to do for you...i shall PM you one of my colleague contractor.. no obligations...just have a chat with him...

Yo Bro, It is a instant heater.. see abv in blue and bold.. You only get hot water from storage heater in approx 15 mins because it needs to heat up the water stored in it..

ermm.. actually the main ones (3 of them) are not made of enamel, it is another piece(enamel) where you can put on top of the stove that has rusted.. i seldom make use of that one, as long as the main ones are ok, it doesn't affect me..
