totally agree. fundamentally it is still the commitment of the people living in the house that makes the difference. however, im sure you will agree some of the external factors also affects the outcome directly. ie. if the energy in the house is bad. fengshui can help with the enhancement of the environment, be it using spells or energy from natural stones etc to make a difference, big or small. its just like saying God loves you. but we all know that God loves you even if you dont work and have no income or food to eat. if the floorplan can be downloaded, it should come with the measurements already. last I passed my floorplan without measurement to my ID he drafted out both 2D and 3D for me FOC. think he needs it to come out with a quotation and purpose of discussion as well. hdb floor plan can be downloaded at hdb website for $5

if I am not wrong there should be a cancellation fee for the amount that is not disbursed. ie. u apply for X and signed for the loan after approval. however after the monies are ready but not disbursed but you wish to cancel, there should be a cancellation fee. its better to check with the banker for the details. I installed marble flooring for my house too. Went to a Marble factory in Sungei Kadut. Apparently to install marble u need specialised personnel because marble is different from normal tiles. the marble shop people have to actually plot out the layout of the pieces of marble on autocad before installing

actually, after a long time I waited for a recommendation of FS master, I searched on Carousell and found a seller who claims to have FS items that are KGed already. I decided to give it a try, since the items were quite affordable to me. Bought a Ju Bao Pen and collected over the weekend. And to my surprise (a pleasant one), today I striked 4D first prize $2 big $2 small on my car plate. actually my first time striking 4D in my entire life. not sure if its the item, but I totally agree with what you say, maybe its not about how good they are, but the affinity you have with the FS master or in this case, the carousell seller.

im sorry to be abit long winded but just wanted to be sure. I have heard stories of temples either just ringing the bell and giving u back the item as "kai guang" already. also heard stories about masters enchanting the item with a Yin spirit instead of the intended function. that's why want to ask for recomendation
