Use master room as a master switch. The other as a salve switch. If master on, heater is on. If master off, even the other switch is on, heater is off. The common toilet switch is just a salve switch.

Usually water discharge pipe is to master room or common toilet.

Put aircon on top of door is fine. Unless you keep opening/closing doors during aircon operation, it might cause some condensation. Pansonic sys 2 should be selling for around $2.1k with 2 trips installation.

U may consider to do a pressure test to confirm the status of your piping before making a decision. Concealed pipes or pipes above false ceiling are a hassle to replace after reno are done.

We take for example Mit 3a28 (27k btu) + Ge10 (9k btu) x 3. If ge10 x 1 is on, the outdoor might run @ ard 30-40% capacity. If 2 is on, around 60-70% capacity. If 3 is on, ard 100% capacity. When room temp is reached, the compressor will slow down its speed (lower energy consumption) to maintain the room temp.

R22 gas will still in production after 2016. 2016 shoud be the date for phasing out equipments using r22 gas. As there are still many equipments using r22 gas after 2016. R22 gas might be totally phased out only after > 2021 (IMO)
