got a 4 room flat at $1.8 per month mah..if only rent 1 room then definately not enough...partly becos of my 2 dogs that we cant rent just only 1 room as not all people like dogs..therefore we decided to rent whole unit..but just fyi, renting whole unit for few months is not easy to find and the monthly rental usually higher..just to say that we are very lucky to find just a 1 month rental..that can accomodate us + dogs + barangs and i would say definately WORTH IT can still bring our barang barang like WM, fridge over there and continue to use before moving to new house..but will be moving house twice

yeap, sorry eyes tiak stamp if i remembered correctly, my common toilet got big windows which is divided into 2 panels but mine is casement type, told ID can have 1 part to install the ventilation fan. he said is possible and KDK cost $150+ cos i think cheap compared to what was being mentioned that it cost $200 ya? your windows little bit different from mine la..hehehehe btw your house switches uses hager also? cos ID proposed to use this than clipsal or legrand..he said quality better wor.. btw, your house colour very nice..waiting for carpentary liao huh

hi, i am done with 1st appt and seller is giving us keys before 2nd appt you can ask your agent to check with seller's agent how soon they are able to give you the keys, not all will be given early though..all in all you have to negotiate with seller..most of the time, agent will do the job as for the reno wise, seller got to sign a indemnity letter stating that he approved us to go ahead with the reno and we will bear if anything happen..this application is done by ID HTHs

same situation lah..i doesnt want to rush ID, therefore i am renting a flat for 1 month... i rather spend $ to rent then to get 60% workmanship as we will be staying there for years..i believe that reasonable time has to be given also..no doubt that we do not have that luxury of time but also have to be fair to them lor..of course we are the consumers and we are paying..then it really depend on individual whether you wan to spend more $ or want better workmanship..IMHO very nice about roy or inzen: so far so good and he always deliver whatever he promised.. not trying to sell his idea or promote his company but he is really a nice guy (although his face always like crumpled paper ) he always gave good suggestions and so far i like his idea too.. just view our flat on 20th and need to make some changes or add-ons some items = pay more $ but he told me not to worry about the costs, he will do or proposed watever necessary (actually he already told me what he will do for me and i am appreciative) althought the initial quotation will looks like everything also chargeable..eg like water proofing which he quoted for 2 toilets + kitchen = $few hundreds...but end of the day, if he can absorb, he will....am asking him to help to fix planks here and there also as for freebies, i can tell you he got NO freebies to give la but i rather he be more helpful to help me to fix little little items then to give me FOC items and quote is higher frankly i dun believe any ID or contractor will do things for free nor will they suffer any losses..they will sure make $ out from our reno..most important are whether you can click with the ID, satisfied with their workmanship, like there idea or not lor ...just my 2cents worth...
